We had both come to Richmond Subaru from North Van, and had gone past 2 other Subaru dealerships to get here. If you're reading this review, you already know why. It is incredibly refreshing to experience a dealership that's figured out that the best way to get a great online reputation is to give their customers a great experience. Nat, Tim, and Danielle were all wonderful, and they answered all my questions. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted, and never felt pressured or not taken seriously. If you've decided on a Subaru, this is the place to get it! More

Extremely Positive Experience at Richmond Subaru I was in the market for a new or slightly used WRX. Living in Vancouver I visited the local dealerships, Wolfe and Docksteader. Being a younger person I was in the market for a new or slightly used WRX. Living in Vancouver I visited the local dealerships, Wolfe and Docksteader. Being a younger person, I was treated quite poorly at both dealerships. Neither allowed me to even look at a potential unit, and the salesperson at Wolfe never even bothered to follow up with me. I went to Richmond Subaru after a good recommendation from a friend. I met with Jordan, and before we even started to talk about payment he asked me "have you driven the car yet?". It was the most refreshing thing to hear after about a week of dealing with other dealerships who wouldn't even let me sit in a showroom model. My experience from there on out was excellent, Jordan was helpful without being pushy, his sales manager Matthew let his salesman do his thing and I ended up getting a great deal on a WRX. I was happy to give Richmond Subaru my business. I honestly would have written a positive review regardless of whether or not I was asked to. More
