Cheating with work orders It became when I serviced my car last year. I payed attention on the mark in my front wheel when I left the car for oil change and wheels rotation. As It became when I serviced my car last year. I payed attention on the mark in my front wheel when I left the car for oil change and wheels rotation. As per work order all wheels were rotate. But I saw the marked wheel was on the same place. Employees denied to talk about it. I've complained to manger and got some apology and wheels rotated. This year I marked wheels explicitly. And found that no wheels rotation was done despite I paid for full package. Manager again. Not much interest. Wheels were finally rotate but not across but in same sides. I had no time to deal with them again. Shame. Next time I'll do it in Luppe and next car I'll buy in different dealership. More

Completely unprofessional First time customer at this dealership. Came in Tues night to test drive a used corolla with 10 000 km listed on website. Shown the car but my husband First time customer at this dealership. Came in Tues night to test drive a used corolla with 10 000 km listed on website. Shown the car but my husband noticed 60 000 km on odometer. Dealership looked into it and reported there was an error in the website write up. Tom came over to let me know that by chance a similar car is coming in the next day and he would hold it for me and guaranteed car would not be shown to anyone before I see it. Great! Got call Wed afternoon that it's in and made appt to see it on Friday. But hey, on Thurs afternoon got notification from Bruce (sales executive) that the car was sold. When I asked what happened, response was something along the lines that at least I was notified. Can't believe this service. What good is your word, Tom? More
