Great service. They listen to you. Howard went "above and beyond" last November when my boss needed snow tires (for his Honda) and everybody else was telling me 2 weeks for service. Howard got tires and installation that same day, and had one of the techs stay late to make sure they got installed while my boss waited there. Both Howard and Brad saw to it that my brakes were serviced according to a specific procedure that I had requested. When the battery was replaced in my RAV-4, the tech who worked on it actually made sure the battery cover was put back, even though the battery wasn't quite the same size as the original. Most other techs would have simply discarded the cover. More

Great Service! I was greeted by one of the service advisor immediately as I drove into the service area. He checked the computer and referred me to see another advi I was greeted by one of the service advisor immediately as I drove into the service area. He checked the computer and referred me to see another advisor who was able to do a check around the vehicle. He told me what to expect for the service and the cost so I waited at the dealership where I enjoyed a complimentary coffee brewed from a coffee machine. Theo called me and let me know the air filter is dirty and recommend to replace so I authorized the transaction to listed.
