Friendliness - we came to buy a new car, on a nasty rainy November day, after having visited and rejected two other Subaru dealerships due to their arrogant and unfriendly attitude. In Richmond Hills Subaru we were met by manager Scott and sales agent Ariela, in a friendly and polite manner, pleasant, informative, intelligent, non-pushy discussion. Ariela showed interest and understanding in the negotiations and did everything she could to support the deal. This promoted our comfort and support, too and we completed a win-win deal with some extras added to the base Forester configuration. Hence the rating - 5. For Customer Service - rating 4, because we only had one minor issue, rear-view mirror was a bit loose. But we were introduced to a good car mechanic David, in a friendly way, and David was professional and quick in fixing it. No other issues so far with the mirror or anything else. I would have rated 5, but the issue was minor, and the length of service was minor - 10 min. Overall experience - rated 5, can't think of anything they could have done better. That's why. Quality of work - too early to say, the car is only 6 month old. Hence - N/A. Price - rated 4. Not 5 because of extra discussions and explanations and even looking up the information, which I provided in the first place. That didn't create trust (in the beginning), eventually we went through all points OK, but with additional time and energy, which could be avoided, if there was more trust in the beginning. More
