What a nice refreshing experience in buying a used car !! I walked in the Subaru dealership after a very disappointing experience at a used car dealership that had the same car except it was in the Limited ed I walked in the Subaru dealership after a very disappointing experience at a used car dealership that had the same car except it was in the Limited edition with less Km and leather seats almost the same price as the one I ended up buying from Richmond Hill Subaru all because of the excellent experience I had as soon as I was greeted by Alex. I ended up buying this Premium edition instead of the Limited Outback because I felt this dealership had integrity and is really serious about customer service. Of course Sam was so efficient in completing the deal and taking care of the paperwork. He was amazingly relaxed and made the whole experience a positive one. I would surely recommend this dealership for anyone interested in buying a Subaru. Sean was great, he had the car started and warmed up also took care of transferring the license plate from my old car to the new one all while I was finishing the paperwork. After test driving it and having a few words about the car with Alex I knew I had to have it and soon then after we began the process of buying the car. Everything went smootly he made it very easy and very comforting. No pressure given and he explained everything on the contract very thoroughly, he answered every question I had. He assured me the car was in well shape and I believed him. His cars come with a one month warranty which you will rarely find at any car dealer. A deal in which he pays for half of whatever is wrong out of his pocket. That's how confident he is in his cars. After about an hour the deal was done and it was mine. More
