Highly Recommended I have shopped around many different car dealers; this is the dealer you want to go to. From my experience, other dealers are two extreme, either too I have shopped around many different car dealers; this is the dealer you want to go to. Although this dealer do not have a grand and luxury place but the people are friendly and helpful particularly Sales Rep Alex Kam, he knows the car inside out and explained in detail sophisticatedly in a simple way how the car was designed and how it works. I was well impressed compare to other car dealer sales in knowledge wise. I bought the car from him without hesitate and few days later I referred my friend bought a car from him too. As from a customer perspective, I would highly recommended Alex Kam is the one to deal with. More

Test drive went smoothly, he didn't really give us much pressure but he offered my friend a very good price. During our conversation, JP found out that my car lease is coming to an end in 5 months, he discussed with me like a friend and offered me a test drive on the Impreza which fits my needs and budget. I certainly will go back and visit him a few months later. More

My friend is picky and want a blac A few weeks ago i went to RIchmond Hill Subaru to help my friend get a brand new 2014 Subaru impreza touring hatch. My friend is picky and want a black 5spd standard with everything fully loaded. Alex Kam a salesman from the dealership not only helped us meet our demands (it was very hard to search and to find a model in touring that was 5spd/black/fully loaded with leather since it was nearing year end) but also gave us lots of insight about the current model and gave us a great deal along with a Subaru loyalty discount since we were already Subaru owners. Alex is a great person to deal with and i highly recommand him to anyone looking to get inside a Subaru to tackle the harsh canadian weathers. More
