Just bought a 2011 Forester, happy I am. Francis took us out for a test drive in a 2011 Forester. We put down some money on the vehicle and came back after the weekend to pick up the car. Everything checked out as we were about to drive off in our wonderful chariot. My wife noticed a cigarette-sized hole in the fabric of the driver seat, next to the headrest. I completely missed it, and unfortunately for Francis, Alejandro, and the manager they now had to deal with the dark side of the love-of-my-life. Francis was gracious and accommodating throughout, and the problem was resolved quickly. You will not be receiving silver medal customer service quality at this dealership. I can clearly see that the folks at Richmond Hill Subaru go all-in to win the Gold for you. More

Great Dealership I walked in already know the car I was looking for but the one I came in to see had been sold the day before. We asked Rob to get us a car we could count on and we are extremely happy with Rob's service, experience with and knowledge about the cars themselves, and the level of confidence and security that we have after our purchase. We did not feel that way at other dealers (including the downtown Subaru dealers), which is why we ended up driving all the way to Richmond hill from high park area to test drive and purchase the car from Rob. I won't bother mentioning the issues at other dealers, only that with Rob, we had none. We would definitely call him first when it's time to get another Subaru. Thanks Rob! More
