She was friendly and knowledgeable regarding all our questions, and let us take out a Forester out on our own for a test drive. This test drive on our own was a new experience for us and a very nice touch. Whereas we never got down to the final negotiations and instead chose another make, the Forester was a very close second, and our experience with this dealership made it a very difficult decision.
