The final few hours of the deal closing topped it all off as Alex explained some of the intricacies of our new vehicle. Loved the way he did that by giving us the technical stuff followed by an anecdotal sample of how things practically worked. Makes for a fantastic learning process. In my opinion you can’t go wrong thinking Subaru, and definitely head to New Roads - Richmond Hill for the best deal ….. they put the ‘focus’ in customer focus. Thanks Alex and Ariela. More

The advisors are friendly and the mechanics provide reliable service. In the past I had called other Subaru dealerships for quotes and this location always had the best price. Absolutely Unacceptable and Racially Biased Experience We were looking for a used Ascent that had been listed on their site for almost two weeks. We fixed an appointment for a test drive and Experience We were looking for a used Ascent that had been listed on their site for almost two weeks. We fixed an appointment for a test drive and to see if I could trade in my current car. We arrived on time, took the test drive, and sat down to discuss the details. As any serious buyer would, I was asking about a few options and was almost certain to buy the car. I even handed over my credit card and license to assure them and get things started while we were still discussing the price and trade-in options. The salesperson, who was cordial (so I won't mention his name), came back with a pathetic $300 reduction from the listed price. Within a couple of minutes, his colleague and his supposed boss started signaling from behind. Then, they told us that they had sold the vehicle to someone who confirmed over the phone. No further discussion, no courtesy, just instantly shown the door. The manager didn't even have the decency to stop by the table, even though this situation was clearly unfortunate. They claim it's first come, first served, yet they give precedence to someone who merely assured them over the phone, rather than to a family sitting there with a child, having handed over their credit card and license. The car had been sitting on their lot for two weeks, and it miraculously got sold while we were in the showroom. This is a clear case of racial profiling. Is this the legacy that Subaru wants to portray through its dealerships? This behavior is absolutely unacceptable. For those in the Richmond Hill area, be aware. If you are not from the local community, there is no point in going there. They treat others as lowlife.
