Terrible Booked a service appointment a week before my appointment and specifically asked for a loaner vehicle. A week goes by and when I bring in my car for service, I had to ask about my loaner to the service advisor. He than goes on and asks me my age and says since I am not 25 (I am 24), he cannot loan me a car and mentions he could lose his job. Points to a car outside and says we have to fix that loaner (implying a young driver). What kind of policy is this? Isnt this something that should of been brought to my attention when I initially booked the appointment? I left the appointment and did not get my car serviced. I feel extremely disrespected and feel that due to me not being 25, the service advisor implied I am a bad driver and I could damage the car. I am also Asian and felt this person snuck in a couple deragotory remarks. Never taking my car here again. More
