Due to an earlier appointment running over I was placed with Robert Ruffalo. Robert was friendly, informative and thorough. I did not feel pressured or stressed, Robert helped to make the purchase of my first car (Subaru Impreza) an enjoyable one. We were pleasantly surprised as he was very professional and really knew all the important information and details and features about the car. First time buyers My partner and I decided we wanted a Subaru. This was our first time making a major purchase so we obviously had some nerves and fears about the proce My partner and I decided we wanted a Subaru. This was our first time making a major purchase so we obviously had some nerves and fears about the process. We found the car we wanted and booked a test drive with Jeff Foo, via email which was very nice, considering we are both working and don't have time to take calls. We were shown two Impreza hatches. Jeff asked if we were interested in a sedan and when we said no, he didn't push or attempt to sell us something we didn't want. He also answered our questions with sincerity and honesty, giving us information to make our decisions without trying to deceive us. During the test drive, he was so knowledgable and friendly. His personality put us at ease while explaining much of his knowledge and expertise with Subaru. Sean Pearl and Jeff explained in detail how our payment would be working, and laid everything out for us to make it understandable and clear. For a first time purchase, it was painless! Michael Tran helped us seal the deal, and at once welcomed us to the Subaru family, while not pushing us to take options we didn't want. The staff also went above and beyond to help us arrange a pick-up option for our new vehicle on their personal time. It's just been a wonderful experience, and I hope it continues.
