Firstly, I returned to Hyundai because my family and I have been very happy with our previous Hyundai vehicles. It was my first visit to the dealership to search for a new vehicle. When I met Brek Bailey, I had an idea of what I wanted. Brek showed me a 2014 Elantra GL. He explained the differences with all the Elantra models and I decided that the GL was most suitable for me. That same day, Brek took me on a test drive. He worked with me at a comfortable pace and answered all my questions. He is very professional, friendly and has a great sense of humour and above all, he cares about the customer. He ensured that I was comfortable with my decision.
