Went out of his way to fix my issue I came into this dealership with a paint defect hoping they could address it. Initially they stated it was not going to be covered due to the fact tha I came into this dealership with a paint defect hoping they could address it. Initially they stated it was not going to be covered due to the fact that it was painted over by non factory paint and sent me away. When the GM Jeff found out about my concerns, he gave me a call and let me know that he would look into it for me. I went back to the dealership today and they explained some possible reasons why this could have happened and promised to paint it over for me, even though I did not buy the car from them! I have had some issues with a new Tuscon I purchased in 2014, and when I contacted the GM of the dealership directly about my concerns, Mr.Jeff Copan (the GM) took my concerns very seriously and was involved in the resolution process from the moment I stepped in the Richmond hill Hyundai showroom. He sincerely apologized about the issues and clearly and patiently described possible reasons and also the options we had to resolve them. After some negotiation he offered us an amazing deal to switch our Tuscon to a new fully equipped Santa Fe Sport, he also offered several additional accessories and gifts in order to compensate for the inconveniences we have had. I would like to thank Mr.Copan and Richmond Hill Hyundai staff for the amazing help and support trough this process which made switching very easy and fast and made sure that I am 100% satisfied. tried to sell me a car w/ rental history without disclosing! I met Mehran at Hyundai dealership, and asked him about a used car. He didn't disclose that the car has been used for rental, and it is funny that it wasn't in car information online that it has been used for rental purpose, and suddenly, I figure it out when I was finishing the deal. I checked the car-proof, and it was there! Then, when I told Mehran and Jack, Jack said that being rental doesn't have any effect on car sale price, and Mehran had 2 unacceptable excuses; 1. because we have not get the car from a rental company, it is not rental! 2. we cannot memorize the history of the cars! OMG! I believe that it is one of basic responsibilities of a salesperson who works for a dealership to disclose the information and history of any car honestly. Unfortunately, I didn't see this honesty with Mehran and Jack, and won't come back to that dealership any more! More
