Renewed my faith in the car buying process! Having driven North American fleet cars for the last 30 years, I retired recently and finally had the opportunity to expand my car horizons. I researched every car in the full size luxury category and decided on a Hyundai Genesis sedan. My color choice was specific After an exhaustive search, I could not find a 2016 model that was suitable which led me into the world of pre-owned vehicles. I was able to locate the car I was looking for at Richmond Hill Hyundai. As luck would have it, it was a 2015 model, immaculate and gently used with very low mileage. I dealt with Jason Ground (GM) and Brek Bailey (Sales) to execute an efficient, professional transaction. Brek facilitated an extensive test drive, a thorough disclosure of the car's history and a comprehensive overview of the car's many luxury and safety features. My prior experience with car purchases were less than stellar. High pressure sales people who we more interested in making a sale than spending time identifying customer needs and satisfying them were the norm and not the exception. I went into this buying process with dread. I came out of it with renewed faith and a beautiful Hyundai Genesis. I have been enjoying it for over a month and couldn't bre happier. Thank you! Corrected complaint I had a problem with my ABS pump activating prematurely. On my first visit the problem could not be identified, but other (costly) brake work was don I had a problem with my ABS pump activating prematurely. On my first visit the problem could not be identified, but other (costly) brake work was done that was not understood. The ABS problem existed. When I complained, the Service Manager contacted me to come back that they would find and correct the ABS problem at no charge. They did this. Corroded wheel bearings were replaced at no charge. I highly recommend this dealership. The really care about customer satisfaction. More
