When I bought my car 2 years ago their service department was working till 8:30 pm, and to be honestly one of the main reason that I bought my Santafe from them was their working hours. And in that time I bought extra protection care with oil change free, but right now hardly I can use that. Their shuttle service is funny, first pick up is 8:15 am , it means I can not be at work sooner than 8:45 to 9:00 and it's completely inconvenient. Also I had some issues with this service dep one of them was when I got detailing service from them, and I still can not get proper appointment to solve the issue after several months,it's really frustrating. As a result if you have regular working hour, or you are a little bit busy avoid this branch service dep. More
