Currently I only own German made vehicles, all purchased new from the dealers. The customer service from these luxury vehicle dealers are expected to treat you well but the difference between Hyundai from BMW, Audi and Mercedes is that you can be much more at ease with your purchase, which allowed me to make better decisions on my purchase stress-free !!! Sales rep, Brek, provides top-notched customer service Manager, Chris, does not play games and helps customers as much as one can expect Tatyana, Finance Manger, explains every detail of the purchase and very patient and ensures the customer is comfortable with each step from start to finish. The receptionist and other employees were super friendly. Thank you to everyone at Richmond Hill Hyundai !!! More

Very poor customer service , Very rude I leased two cars from them 2015 and 2016. Tucson 2016 had accident and the spare part is not available in north America! The car is in body shop over 50 days and since I have leased the car from them, I came back to the dealer and requested for the help. They said that it's not their responsibility and hyundai canada should take care of that and they did not show any interest in helping me with the issue and finally they asked me to leave the dealership in a very rude manner More
