Bought a 2023 Honda CR-V Touring Hybrid and the new battery of the car at this dealer had failed and had to be replaced. I am deeply concerned about the lack of quality assurance and testing conducted before the vehicle was dispatched to the dealership. Such premature battery failure not only inconvenienced me as I could not startup the car at all to drive to work but also undermines my confidence in the reliability of Honda vehicles. More
