Worst experience of my life ( scammers in Hyundai ) Buying a brand new car 2021 Hyundai ioniq hybrid preferred 0km I have avoided using names of employees and managers because I don’t want to put a ) Buying a brand new car 2021 Hyundai ioniq hybrid preferred 0km I have avoided using names of employees and managers because I don’t want to put anyone in trouble - i came to purchase a car couple of months ago - One of employee as a sales person & manager told me we will give you test drive of 2021 Hyundai ioniq till the time you can get your loan pre approved(process started) - After doing a hit on my score they both said car is not available for test drive wait for couple of days - After couple of days they said loan has been approved and car is not available for test-drive yet - week passed sales person called us to sign formalities for hyundai to receive a car( as mentioned by salesperson) - Later on one more week passed they called again to sign bill of sale ( car sold) - One more week passed they said car is not available anymore - In short they sold a car which do not exists ( sold a car which was never available) - I called and try talking to manager on phone but they ignored my call everytime - I visted their again next week we had fight with manager on that day( verbally) they he find out the car and gave me VIN number(after 4 weeks i got my vin number)and in written told me car will be ready by Wednesday (the suspicious part was how they arranged the car which was not in stock right at minute of fight) - Wednesday they called and said car is not ready yet we will offer you a gift card of 100$ for delay - Friday i came to get the car( i got my car) sales person said you can get 100$ gift card any other day today its not available - Then after week i came to get gift card sales person said manager is not in office today come some other day - Then one week later i came again sales person said manager is not available to give gift card.sales person said buy a gift card and send reciept to us we will email you cheque as reimbursement - Then i visited home purchased gift card and sent receipt . Salesperson replied you have to bring receipt to location( changed his words)( lied to me) - Then one more week passed i visited sales person said manager is not available for reimbursement of your money then i literally got upset - Then sales person started shouting on me , pointing fingers on me, disrespectful manner behaviour ( instead of apologizing he was showing me a worst attitude like he is doing a favour on me) Cheap behaviour by salesperson for 100$ and gift card which was promised by them for delaying car( gift card got delayed more than car lol ) - then i made comment on their google rating page - Then one of thie employee called me requested me remove comment i did remove comment ( i have proof of messages and call recordings ) - Then from first day of car. Car was making noice from bottom while passing from every speed breaker every time I thought may be it is because of car clearance issue. - But after couple of weeks i was washing my car i saw from bottom one of oil filter cup was broken from down and one another part was tired off like some has just temporary while giving car and it came out - I have posted all the images down for reference - Then before i went to Hyundai i went to my private mechanic i showed them these damages and my private mechanic told me these damages can only happen when unloading car from truck( when i got my car it was driven 129 km) - I visited Hyundai rexdale after they said they will observe my car to check if it cover in body damage - They told me they will check car and they will call me inside to show the body from bottom - literally after 5 minutes they said that your car is in parking we cannot fix it. It is damaged by a sharp object ( they didn’t even called me inside to show me the bottom) - I asked him how their is no scratch on bottom body and that part is damaged? His response was i m not an insurance agent( unprofessional and disgusting response ) All the images are attached including an image which shows how far the location was and they made travel at least 12-15 times ( like a Job i have to do ) More

After servicing my 2016 Tucson at a different location, I decided to take my car to Rexdale Hyundai to diagnose my transmission problems and get a second opinion. I must say that by the time I walked in the front door I could tell this was a different environment. Ratan Singh, one of their senior service advisors, was not only helpful but very professional, humble and knowledgeable. Very helpful and I could tell right away that my SUV was in good hands. He made me feel at ease with his excellent customer service that exceeded my expectations. Ratan got me a loaner and in a couple of days I got my car back running better than ever. Thank you Ratan Singh, Rexdale Hyundai and Hyundai Canada for all your help. My wife and I will be forever grateful. I strongly recommend this location for all your Hyundai service needs. More
READ BEFORE PURCHASING! Never have I had such an awful experience purchasing a vehicle (this being my third vehicle purchase). My wife and I who were expecting our first child at the time were looking experience purchasing a vehicle (this being my third vehicle purchase). My wife and I who were expecting our first child at the time were looking to purchase a new family car for the safety of our child. We decided on the Hyundai Palisade for a growing family. We were originally quoted a price for a brand new vehicle with our desired specifications with a discount of $3000 on the final. After completing our order and putting down our deposit, we were advised that the car would arrive within 4-6 weeks. At this time, my wife was 7 months pregnant so it would be arriving just in time. After 3 weeks, I decided to call for an update and we were told that the vehicle order had not been completed and that it may take longer to get the vehicle. Upon going in to inquire further, we were told that the vehicle order would not be completed at all and that we would have to wait until the 2022 model came out in the fall!! - Our sales rep did not inform us after one week like he promised about any updates/changes to our order so we could have time to look elsewhere! - We were told we could purchase a vehicle off the lot if available for an increased price with a minimal discount. (They would not HONOUR THE QUOTED PRICE) - When asked to speak with Nav about his advertised "beat any price" promise, we were told by the general manager that if we complained, the email would be diverted back to him and he would no longer be able to provide even the minimal discount he was not offering. Forced to purchase a vehicle due not being informed early enough to look elsewhere, for MORE than promised, NOT in our desired colour, we bought one off the lot. (Other dealerships had our colour but once again we would have to PAY MORE). Having bought the vehicle, the PROBLEMS DID NOT STOP THERE. Problems with QUALITY: - As soon as we drove off the lot, the side framing of the window fell off onto the road before we even hit the first set of lights on Martin Grove! - After assessing the windows, we realized the other side was also loose - The dealership "fixed" the part only to have the second side become loose again at which point I realized that the same defective part had simply been hammered in - Mike, the general manager for Parts at the dealership, after being asked about the defective part was very RUDE stating whether I wanted the vehicle fixed or not - When I asked our sales rep for his information so that I could lodge a complaint, he promised to call with the information and never did Overall, I have never had such a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE purchasing anything, much less a huge financial investment like a vehicle before.
