The worst dealership in Calgary I have never left a negative review before , but today I would like to share my experience , rather I would like to say my BAD EXPERIENCE . when I cho I have never left a negative review before , but today I would like to share my experience , rather I would like to say my BAD EXPERIENCE . when I choose RENFREW Dealership I opted it for its reputation in the market , unfortunately the standard of customer service was very poor and contrary to my expectation , even I can not express my feeling with what they did with me . where do I start ?? When I visited them to buy a jeep car , the sales associate helped me to find a car with a specific options I require for , and we agreed on a reasonable deal , once I settle all the document I went to finalize the deal , I suddenly got choked as I found them changed the chosen car with another one with lower options and when I spoke up and I try to ask for my rights and face them with the fact that they attempting to cheat and deceive me, they started manipulated with rude , flippant and unprofessional attitude . the situation at all was unacceptable and it became more worst when one of their managers interact with the scene with unprofessional conduct , when I found the situation went to that direction I insisted to get the car I choose from the beginning and with lots of arguments from our both side , I succeeded to get the car in spit of paying extra money . I am sharing that bad experience and I will share it in most of the social media cause I am very DISAPPOINTED AND OUTRAGED with RENFREW dealership as they treat me with insulting , offensive and opprobrious behavior , and they forget that it is about CUSTOMER SERVICE . 😟 More

I had old fines from years back and I thought it would be a couple years before I got back on the road. I was happily mistaken, I traded in my 2010 Accent and got the cash back I needed to pay off my fines. I couldn't be happier sitting in my 2014 JEEP Patriot. Artur Hoppe sold me a “perfect car, that had been in 1 minor accident, and taken care of by insurance” - exact words of Artur As a car guy myself, Artur Hoppe sold me a “perfect car, that had been in 1 minor accident, and taken care of by insurance” - exact words of Artur As a car guy myself, i can see the resprayed front bumper and am confident that what Artur is saying is the truth. i noticed the water sprayer neck was slightly out of place ( comparing to same car of same year ) when i bought the car, but it was still in its usual where abouts in the engine bay ( didnt think anything of it ) So im doin basic maintenance on my car at home aaaaaaaand ...... boom.... I found a 2 litre Lucerne milk jug as my washer fluid resevoir , ... honestly buddy? This took me a half n hour of time and $80 to replace with proper parts. You could have done this yourself in 30 mins. Just a little effort would save you from this terrible review of me revealing the truth about your xxxx sales. So basically, the car was NEVER even touched by any professional through any real Shop through insurance cash out. ... Awesome... thanks.... buddy definately kept that cheque and did shady work himself. There was lots else that this dodgy salesman had lied to me about before and upon purchase (im not even going to get into every thing else that was lied about) Please dont let this happen to you, dont buy from Artur and his auctioned / wrecked sales out of this Dealer Ship ( Renfrew Chrysler ) Also, this guy uses Kijiji to post his car sales online as “private sale” mean while is very well a Car Dealer at Renfrew Chrysler So we do the paper work “personal sale” inside an office in the dealership ( i didnt even know i was going to dealer ship ). We had spoke on the phone and it was not mentioned i would be meeting at a dealer ship (for private sale). I find this to be odd as we originally were to meet at his house for the sale. What a terrible thing to do on behalf of a legit real dealership I hope he gets fired Artur is lucky he mentioned the 1 accident, (as he legally had to as a dealer), or i would sue Him and this dealer ship. This is a classic case of a dirrty used car dealer, You would hope that you could trust people, but then you have salesmen like Artur Hoppe that brings you right back to the dirrty used car dealer vibe. Being a car guy, like stated previous, it would have just been nice to be told the truth over being lied to because then i know whats wrong and can get right to fixing it! Annoying!
