It was a pleasant experience and Kevin was patient and actually lis I recently bought a 2016 Jeep Cherokee from Renfrew and Kevin was the salesman. It was a pleasant experience and Kevin was patient and actually listened to what I had to say. There was no pressure to buy and Kevin took the time to show me a vehicle which fitted exactly what I wanted. When I bought the Jeep he took the time to go over the vehicle with me explaining how everything worked and setting up the bluetooth for me. After I bought the Jeep Kevin has continued to help with questions I have had and he always makes the time to talk to me. Very good customer service. More
The worst customer care We purchased a truck from Renfrew 5months ago. They absolutely pressured us into buying it that night (ok maybe that’s on us) but after that the servi We purchased a truck from Renfrew 5months ago. They absolutely pressured us into buying it that night (ok maybe that’s on us) but after that the service has been terrible. The truck has cost us over 12k in repairs in less than 5 months. They wouldn’t answer calls from us when our first roadside breakdown occurred. Kane didn’t transfer the warranties to our name that would have covered the 7k for a new turbo. It is possible that they didn’t know the truck was in such bad shape...but isn’t that kind of their job?? Our family had bought 7 vehicles from them and now because after getting no response from them we made a complaint with AMVIC and now they said ‘we won’t deal with you anymore’ isn’t that the whole point to get them to act better? I can’t express how disappointing the entire experience has been from the pressure to buy to the lack of response when we’re we’re in trouble and they should have transferred the warranty to now them refusing to even offer us a trade in. #dontgohere #theyaretheworst #nevergoingback #loyaltymeansnothingtothem More

Purchase and Service I bought in 2017 a Brand New Ram 1500 Longhorn. It was supposed to be a 2018 model, in the end they sold me a 2017 model even build in 09/2016. I I bought in 2017 a Brand New Ram 1500 Longhorn. It was supposed to be a 2018 model, in the end they sold me a 2017 model even build in 09/2016. I like the Truck but I don't like the radio this why I was asking for a 2018 model with the latest 8.4 inch radio and navigation. They charged me for the Radio upgrade to get NAVI and box-liner. But I found out later when I got the equipment cheat the Truck comes standard with it. They sold me a service package VIP, included carwash every time I am there for a service. Never happened. One time I forced them to do the carwash and it was a very bad job and parts are scratched. Every time something was not working I had to fight to get it done. Best example Tail gate recall. my tailgate opened several times I mentioned that nothing happend. they were saying is me using it wrong kind of. Finally the tailagte opend and dropped on my attached trailer. Tailgate damaged. Big diiscuss back and for. they did not want to do it. After a while and discussing and wait time to get things done they did a fix in there Body shop. No new tailgate. I refused 2 times to take my Truck back after fixing it not right. I had 3M on the lower part of the tailgate so I do not scratch my paint if I step in to the box. They put new 3M on twice. After I addressed a few more things I did not like regarding the repair They said to me I should be happy that they did this for me. It was not up to them to do the repair. when I picked up my Truck from the repair the recall for the tailgate came out. But one word to apologize for my trouble. When I picked my Truck they told me I have to come in again to get the tailgate fixed with the parts from the recall to make sure it is done right. I called in for another oil change and asked if they would do at the same time the recall for my tailgate they said is done already. I said but your service Manager said I have to come back for this. Nobody remembered that. I called Chrysler to check on my recalls and they said I have 2 outstanding recalls one is the airbag and seatbelt check, The other is my outstanding tailgate repair. There is a few other things from before and now this. How do I trust this Dealership anymore to do service on my Truck? I am very unhappy with the Dealer and with Dodge/ Chrysler is that how they business. When I purchased my Truck they promised me every-time I come in for a service to get courtesy Truck, because my Truck is my work horse. I drive 50000 to 60000 KM every year. Sascha Wittke More
