major disappointment I completed what should have been a very easy purchase. Basic trade, gave them a week to detail and clean my new car. Upon receiving the vehicle, they forgot to gas it up, the detailing looked like a kindergarten kid did the work. The windows were so dirty I had to clean them myself. They promised me a spare key and replacement operators manuals. I had to phone 5 times to finally get my promised spare key. Then I get attitude from Jonathon about giving him short notice to pick up the key. After waiting 2 months for it. I used to get my vehicle serviced here, but if this is the kind of service that I get... no more. Lots of other dealers out there that are helpful, why use these guys again. More

Way better than id expected! In the middle of September I had just started searching for financing on a good daily driver as my old gremlin of an automobile was on its last legs. In the middle of September I had just started searching for financing on a good daily driver as my old gremlin of an automobile was on its last legs. This was the point that i received an unexpected call from Brent @ Renfrew Chrysler. He asked if i could swing by and have a chat with him to discuss vehicles and options and he was there to work around my tight schedule. The first meeting ended up being about 28 minutes in length haha, because i was on my lunch break. I gave him a rough idea of what i was looking for and 2 days later he called me back to tell me he'd found the car for me. On the 23rd of September i scooted over to Renfrew to see Brent (who showed up on his day off to get me on the road sooner) and was amazed at what he'd approved me for based on my interests and credit. He'd found me a great condition 2012 Civic Si HFP and i was shocked. I signed the papers and the next day i went to pick up the car. When I arrived Brent had Registered and plated the vehicle for me and cleaned it and filled the tank. I didnt expect any sales man to go that distance to sell a used car off their lot for me but Brent did. And all of this is only the beginning of why i had such a great experience at Renfrew Chrysler and in specific Brent Ernst for his amazing Work and professionalism. Thanks Guys! More
