One of the worst dealership experiences ever I purchased a ram from this dealership when I was in immediate need of a truck. Fun experience It’s been a daunting week, having just moved over from the UK to live in a far away city and buying a vehicle was potentially going to be tricky. Fortunately when I rang Renfrew I was put through to Joel who was very professional, friendly and helpful. He took my girlfriend and I on a long test drive to show us the local area and gave us lots of local info. Nothing to do with the vehicle! The negotiation process was very non intimidating although we did end up breaking our budget a little it was because we loved the (used) Wrangler Sahara and felt we were getting a good deal having done a lot of research and many test drives around Calgary. If you see a vehicle you like at Renfrew then ask for Joel. Despite the business side of making such a deal, my girlfriend and I walked away having had a fun time and very happy. 5 stars, thank you Joel. More

He was not pushy or slick, he was someone you'd want to be friends with. We told him what we wanted and expected and we found him to be extremely informative and helpful, and we didn't feel like we were being ripped off. Even my husband 'enjoyed' this experience, and he never likes it! From Kevin to Kane Smith who dealt with us in finance, the entire experience was so positive and I can't say enough about dealing with Renfrew Chrysler. It was our first time here but we will definitely be back, and I can't recommend them highly enough. More
