One stop shop! I was in the market for a slightly used truck for a while. I finally picked three different ones I was going to go look at. I was approached by a very well dressed man who I thought was the manager of the place. Joel Graftaas took his time with me and made me feel quite comfortable! Something he asked me that really stood out from other salesman I have met in the past was "why Renfrew Chrysler?" It kind of took me by surprise. I simply said well you have 1 of 3 trucks I am interested in buying. After spending not more than 15 minutes with him I knew he was the guy to buy from! He also showed me his other reviews he had from there customers and I was really impressed! Top marks Joel! I will be back for sure! More

Scammers I went to this dealership for a used car I was interested in. It ended up selling 20min before I got there. The sales person who I can’t recal his nam I went to this dealership for a used car I was interested in. It ended up selling 20min before I got there. The sales person who I can’t recal his name was so pushy I didn’t end up leaving for 5 hours. It was a terrible time. I tried leaving but we kept getting pushed to stay. Finally he said let’s refinance your car and pay of your credit card. I agreed when it sounded like a smart financial move. Then they tacked on 7grand in charges and taxed me on top of all of it. I believe it was Stefan piechocki’s smooth talking that got me scammed out of my money. That’s the only person in question. Anyone else I click on here is just because I need to to get this message to go through. More
