Absolutely criminal what this dealership will do to make money. Back in September 2023 I was asked by a friend to co-sign for him to finance a vehicle with Renfrew. Being a new immigrant to Canada he coul money. Back in September 2023 I was asked by a friend to co-sign for him to finance a vehicle with Renfrew. Being a new immigrant to Canada he could not do it alone. I agreed, the overall deal seemed smooth. I was told it was only for 8 months by Andrew and Ken until he could build credit and take over on his own. We both signed separate sets paperwork (which I thought strange at the time) which was sent off to the credit company. Information to register the vehicle was sent in by the Andrew and Ken for us, no problem. Fast forward a year down the line the person I co-signed for had an accident with the vehicle, the vehicle at this point was insured in his name solely(as we thought both our names were on the vehicle bill f sale) it was a complete write off, insurance would not pay. I also paid for GAP insurance, which probably will not cover the vehicle either. I was in contact with Santander the loan company. Turns out this vehicle was only ever in my name alone. He was never building credit at all. Needless to say I never would have agreed to sign as I had my own vehicle and did not need to build credit. I was flat out lied to, told I was co-signing as the Primary but he was not even on the paperwork. He even signed papers, which Andrew told me they "can't find". So I have had to retire from my 18 year career with the RCMP and cash out my pension plan to pay for this vehicle loan. Which was never a co-sign. This is absolutely CRIMINAL!! This dealership should be shut down. It ruined my career, took away my pension and wrecked my credit. I am going to file a complaint with the Alberta Motor Vehicle Industry Council. The accident made all this information come to light or I would have filed a complaint much sooner. More

Do not use this dealership for anything. They harass you and bug you. I never approached these guys at all. They approached me over a vehicle that I had for sale on a different platform. And then they or even ruder, when I called to tell them to stop bugging me it's getting to the point where I'm gonna have to involve amrick or the police again. Do not use this dealership as they will never get my business on anything. I don't care if they're a lost dealership within alberta.I will still go somewhere else More

Worst experience ever with these guys TRUST ME DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Salesman said that the truck will be in perfect condition but ended up with broken windshield so they said we will fix it …still nothing no update at all and after that while checking out the truck saw a paint chipped from the rim and told him to fix straight up he said we can do nothing and top of that giving me attitude..when came back to drove 1700 km back realised on the screen only 55%oil life like i was like such a big company and such CHEAP SERVICES that they provide like a customer is paying 80k for the truck and you guys dont even do a proper inspection and oil change whule selling the truck. Paid 80k for the truck and then you get attitude and worst customer experience ever in return….been texting them and calling them to fix my wind NO ANSWER AT ALL. WOULD NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM RENFREW CHRYSLER ,CALGARY AND NEVER RECOMMEND THESE GUYS FOR OTHER CUSTOMERS AS WELL More
