Very friendly and courteous staff making a great sales experience. Had been looking for a Pathfinder forever and finally found one here, in the color that we had wanted. Being from out of town I was thi experience. Had been looking for a Pathfinder forever and finally found one here, in the color that we had wanted. Being from out of town I was thinking that the experience would be a little nerve-wracking but after a few texts back and forth with Hana, Kevin and Wen we had a framework deal in place. They wanted to keep the vehicle for a few weeks to use for a demo and I was fine with that as I trusted them to both hold it for me and not put too many kilometers on it and they were true to their word! Finally set up a date and time to pick up the vehicle and they had pretty much everything ready to go knowing that I was from out of town and had a long trip back. Felt like a five star celebrity as the car was covered for me to "reveal" the new vehicle which was a nice touch. A gift basket in hand courtesy of Hana and I was on my way.
