Last night I was leaving Regina to return home to Saskatoon when my check engine light came on. I made my way over to the Nissan dealership and wandered in looking for assistance. Tony Cuyelle saw m Saskatoon when my check engine light came on. I made my way over to the Nissan dealership and wandered in looking for assistance. Tony Cuyelle saw me and came out to assist. He informed me all techs had left for the evening but offered to take look. He even tried calling the service manager. In the end there was nothing he could do however his initiative to come out of his office and lend assistance when he saw me looking lost and then taking the time to look at my vehicle and try to reach out to the service manager was appreciated. In a day and age where customer service seems to be lacking ever so frequently it was heartening to meet someone who understands the importance of giving a great guest experience to every customer walking through the door. More

Adam was great and very prompt getting me into my new vehicle once it arrived into Regina. Everything was ready to go which made for a quick smooth visit. My only concern that I mentioned to Adam when I went to pick up my new kicks on Saturday was that there was a couple of spots that the paint was chipped on the front passenger door. I noticed this while it was still in the showroom with the big red bow attached. Adam said he was surprised as well since the vehicle was ordered in brand new for me. He did not know how it had happened. Adam had stated that he would take care of it and get it fixed at your collision center. I am just waiting to hear back from Adam when he could have it taken care of. The chipped paint was the only thing I was very disappointed about considering it was brand new. I was so excited about my first brand new vehicle only for it to have a couple of paint chips already. I hope Adam can have it fixed very quickly and have it back to looking brand new with no paint chips in it. Otherwise the service by the Regina staff was wonderful! More
