I had some service related question before I wanted to make an appointment. I entered their live chat and requested the representative online to pass my number to Service and ask them to call me to back w make an appointment. Had similar problems in the past, informed them, but things do not seem to improve here. More

I was pressured from the beginning and the sales guy used every pressure tactic he could, including 'this deal is not valid if you leave the building'.
