Service was quick and efficient I had my car in for the oil change and brake fluid change service. I was able to drop it off early and was called at 11 am when it was completed. Bad service you can anywhere get. Dropped car for oil change at 10 am. Shuttle supposed to pick but got call that shuttle will be one hour late than pickup time. Arranged ride to pick car at 4:30pm didn’ change at 10 am. Shuttle supposed to pick but got call that shuttle will be one hour late than pickup time. Arranged ride to pick car at 4:30pm didn’t get car till 5:30 pm. And service advisor 3253 Allie Dubiois given rude attitude and said it is there best service. She called me at 4pm saying car is ready for pickup. More

Absolutely horrible experience. Purchased a new civic from this dealership and I've never been treated so poorly. They broke numerous laws that govern car dealerships and are currently under investigatio from this dealership and I've never been treated so poorly. Further actions are being taken against them. 2/3 people I dealt with no longer work in those postions anymore. Even have in email the manager throwing his subordinates under the boss trying to blame them for breaking the law to save his own xxx. Avoid this dealership at all costs. More

worst dealership experience ever I have been through multiple cars i have gotten from dealerships and this was the absolute worst experience. They had to truck in a car from another p I have been through multiple cars i have gotten from dealerships and this was the absolute worst experience. They had to truck in a car from another province which was fine however they didn't have the curteosy to tell me when i would receive my car or even what colour it was. I also left the dealership before finding out if i was even financed (after putting a $500 deposit down) with the assurance that i would be notified within the hour whether or not i received the financing. i didn't hear anything from anyone at the dealership for a few days until i started making phone calls. when i showed up to pick up this mystery car i didn't even know what it was i caught them lieing to me saying they contacted me and didn't and when i called them out on it they just simply ignored me to my face. the list goes on and i would not recommend this dealership to anyone!! More
