The service itself was good and my service advisor, Allie Dubois, was top notch! While waiting in the customer lounge I was disappointed to witness the receptionist and 2 other service advisors with their fa Dubois, was top notch! While waiting in the customer lounge I was disappointed to witness the receptionist and 2 other service advisors with their facial masks off or lowered at times, exposing their nose and mouth, when it is mandatory to wear masks in Saskatchewan in places the public has access to. I understand that masks can be uncomfortable, but during a global pandemic I think the health of public should be the first priority. I'm thankful Allie kept her mask on at all times. More
