I initially phoned to make an appointment for an immediate urgent problem I was having with my car. No one answered so I was forced to leave a message. I had my car home before I finally got a return call for the initial message I had left. The service was terrific but the response to my message was totally unsatisfactory. More

We visited 4 times in the course of purchasing our new CR-V. The first time my husband met Jason and got information about covid protocols; Jason then followed up by email and we scheduled a test drive. T CR-V. Finally, we picked up our car two days later and Jason spent half an hour with us going over its features. We felt he listened very carefully and as a woman who has frequently been ignored by car salesmen I felt he really did hear and respond to my concerns. More
