Terrible experience, yet again. Booked into the service department weeks in advance to get some recalls done (which takes quite a bit of organizing for our family since we live out of town) and turns out t department weeks in advance to get some recalls done (which takes quite a bit of organizing for our family since we live out of town) and turns out they didn’t have all the parts to complete the work. Also didn’t upgrade the software. Second time this has happened to us. So frustrating, They should have called us to reschedule if they didn’t have all the parts in stock to complete the work. More

The Regina Honda service team have been looking after my 2011 CRV since day 1. Booked yesterday with TPMS issues. O dollar charge to reprogram TPMS, shuttle service and car wash.
