My vehicle was towed in late afternoon on Wednesday and she called to understand the problem I was having and was upfront with the fact that repair. By 9am Thursday morning she had called me back and explained the repair work required and had indicated it would be ready to go by the end of the day. I was very impressed by the whole experience as I needed a repair quickly but did not have an appointment but the work still got completely in a timely manner. More
