Max was friendly, professional and efficient making sure I was taken care of providing a used vehicle while my new vehicle was having some extra services provided. Sophia was professional. Many people were involved in this transaction from the Assistant Manager, to the person taking care of the trade, sales and finance. Everyone has a job but it could be more streamlined, I think?
