Dave Smith was excellent to deal with. We have been working back and forth to find a White CRV Touring for months. It was easy to book the appointment. Took a bit longer to get in than normal. Great staff. Another recall item they didn’t have parts for yet which means another trip in. Last time it was the full pump and this time they realized the O ring for the fuel pump was faulty. Two trips in for the same recall. Great shuttle service. Almost always the car is done when they said it would be. Always too expensive but they give me a little discount. Great staff, too many recalls and service is very expensive. More

Terrible experience, yet again. Booked into the service department weeks in advance to get some recalls done (which takes quite a bit of organizing for our family since we live out of town) and turns out t department weeks in advance to get some recalls done (which takes quite a bit of organizing for our family since we live out of town) and turns out they didn’t have all the parts to complete the work. Also didn’t upgrade the software. Second time this has happened to us. So frustrating, They should have called us to reschedule if they didn’t have all the parts in stock to complete the work. More
