One area of improvement is in the wait time for an oil change. It’s typical to wait a minimum of 2 weeks to get an oil change and then they keep your vehicle for most of the day. I prefer the model adopted by some of their competitors where you can drive up and get an oil change on demand and be on your way within half hour. More
