Great and honest service! I have been a Jetta owner for 5 yrs and with the recent Volkswagen emmision buyback I was concerned and skeptical. Meeting Nima Nozari at Regency cha I have been a Jetta owner for 5 yrs and with the recent Volkswagen emmision buyback I was concerned and skeptical. Meeting Nima Nozari at Regency changed all that for me. He was honest and spent time with me explaining everything until I felt completely comfortable. I am now in my second Jetta 2019 and really loving it! A Special thanks to Nima who continues to check on me and my new ride to ensure all is well! This type of service is rare! Poor service.Took my car there because car was shaking when shifting gears and engine check light was on. They diagnosed and it was thermostat inside my car causing the issue. They charged me 850 dollars. Nothing was fixed. My car is shaking even worse. Engine check light is still on. I was ripped off. Found out later that Port Moody Service department is notorious for ripping off customers. Never going back there again. More
Sold me a car with minimum brake linings Had to bring the car back within 1 month of purchase for engine fault, brakes were grinding too, asked them to investigate. Still grinding I brought to another garage, they said brakes were metal to metal. Regency would not even call me back when I complained. I had to go to the VSA to complain and they then produced a report showing brakes were 2 mm ( bare minimum) when they inspected. They did not tell me that. These guys will say anything to sell a car, be very careful. More
Always been happy with service! BUT NOT TODAY!I I found Jerry the consultant very confusing and were made to feel almost belittled by him, he also didn't call to let us know our car was ready! Ripped right off! Awful. Save yourself stress and time and go somewhere else! Sold me a lemon. Dishonest. Don't care one bit after the sale is done. Horrible. Car can't Awful. Service Manager Tat is a liar, DONT get work on ur car here! I purchased a key and remote for my golf here for almost 300$. A year and a half later and it broke off in the ignition. Tat looked up the date of pur I purchased a key and remote for my golf here for almost 300$. A year and a half later and it broke off in the ignition. Tat looked up the date of purchase on the sale and promised to have the key replaced along with my old key reinstalled as long as I faxed him a copy of my receipt. I did this the next day, and they claimed to not recieve the fax, so I brought the paper work in the following day, and Tat was on holidays. 2 weeks later Tat has told me he can't cover the cost of the key anymore as it is no longer under warranty. To make matters worse, when this new key was made, they never bothered to install my back up key, and Tat had initially told me he would reinstall both keys for free. Now he has left me with an old key that doesn't start my car and a key that is 16months old and is already broken. Upon bringing up my concerns, he said he never told me he would cover the key, yet he knew when the key was purchased and still told me to bring in the paper work so that he could get it covered. I asked him why he would ask for me to bring the reciept if he wouldnt cover these costs. I stumped him as he was caught in a lie and paused and then responded by telling me to bring my concerns to VW Canada. Never dealing with this service department again. Willing to cheat you on a key and a 30 minute install imagine what issues you will have with bigger fixes. More
