I was trying to buy a vehicle and they asked my about my location and I told them that I am from North west of BC. They said they do not sell vehicles to people out of Vancouver. Wow how can they deny a cus location and I told them that I am from North west of BC. They said they do not sell vehicles to people out of Vancouver. Wow how can they deny a customer who wants to buy vehicle just because of not being local? More

I have been getting my Toyota maintained here for 15 years. Took it in for their top level inspection & oil chang today ($250). Asked them to take a look at a faulty window mech also, and they charged m years. Took it in for their top level inspection & oil chang today ($250). Asked them to take a look at a faulty window mech also, and they charged me another $160. All of this any they didn't even physically check the spark plugs (?). I am done with being gouged by these guys. More

Often when I go to a car dealer I either get a high pressure salesman to I’m totally ignored. That was not the case at Regency Toyota. From the moment I met Jon Fernando (product advisor- title on card pressure salesman to I’m totally ignored. That was not the case at Regency Toyota. From the moment I met Jon Fernando (product advisor- title on card), I felt good about this salesman. He was straight to the point. He answered all my questions honestly without hesitation. I know because I’ve been looking on and off over the last 2 years. I traded in my truck which had served me well. I received great value on the trade-in. More that I expected because the other dealers told me that I wouldn’t get much for it. But I did get a good price for it at Regency! The whole sales team including Danny Calusin (sales manager) and Fred Wu (sales manager) were extremely helpful and respectful. Amazing… I didn’t know this kind of fair treatment existed any more but it does! By the way, Regency Toyota will donate a percentage of the sale to a charity. In my case it was for seniors. More
