In every case, the anticipation of haggling wasn't something I looked forward to, but felt was a necessary evil. I would go from dealer to dealer until I got the deal I wanted. My latest venture in search for a new vehicle started off no different than those in the past. That changed when I decided to try a small-town dealer for a change. After texting Scott Manley to inquire about one of their vehicles, I decided to take the drive to Belleville. Upon arriving, Scott greeted me, and promptly introduced me to Ryan Barclay, the General Manager. After a quick test drive to appraise my trade-in, Ryan asked me what it would take to make a deal, so I made him an offer. Within minutes of doing so, instead of haggling, Ryan shook my hand and said: "WE HAVE A DEAL" Next I met with Maxell Gannon, who processed all the paper work in a matter of minutes and asked if I wanted to pickup the vehicle the following day. In summation, I must say I have never had a deal go as quick and smooth. It was definitely one of the most pleasant I've experienced in all my vehicle buying history. I made an appointment with my sales person and he was too busy to see me even though he confined with me a course hours before that I would be there at that time. I understand people show up unexpectedly, however I expect to be seen at my appointed time. When I went to pick up my vehicle I was once again left waiting around to be seen. Max was very helpful is finance and explained things very clearly. You get to see the whole spreadsheet for the price of your trade in, your vehicle purchase price and the discounts. He was able to show me different payments by adjusting terms and vehicle trade in value. Janice was very helpful once I was able to see her and very cheerful even though it was the end of a long day. More
