Great Service! We had our 2017 RAM (diesel) towed into the service department at Ralph Neale's Belleville Dodge after I accidentally put gas in it. As the panic of what I had done set in with every gasp from each person I told, from my husband, to the CAA dispatcher, to the tow truck driver I was beginning to feel that I had ruined our brand new truck. I spoke with Mike the service manager over the phone, he reassured me that RAMs are very durable and resilient. After working on the truck he informed me and my husband that there had been no damage to the engine and that everything was working as normal. We picked it up the next day and it has been running great ever since! We appreciate all the work that Mike and his team did! More

They outlined all of the charges before hand that they anticipated. They pre-arranged a shuttle to/from work at times that suited my needs. I got a call half way through the day from Becky Barriage that they weren't able to look at everything they had planned to. She apologized profusely, offering me a complimentary oil change for my troubles. She went above and beyond, and re-scheduled for a follow up service at my convenience. More

Windshield sprayer faulty while on 401 On a really cold and messy day, while driving home to Windsor on the 401, my windshield sprayer did not work. I googled the nearest Jeep dealer and i On a really cold and messy day, while driving home to Windsor on the 401, my windshield sprayer did not work. I googled the nearest Jeep dealer and it lead me to Belleville Dodge Chrysler Jeep. Mike Kelly greeted me and assessed the situation. As soon as I pulled into the heated service bay, the sprayer worked instantly. Go figure. Mike checked under the hood, topped up the fluid, and cleaned the wiper blades. He wished us a safe drive home and he wouldn't take anything for his service. I recommend this dealership and its service team to anyone looking for a positive experience. Thank you Mike.
