Outstanding Sales Team This is the 3rd Ram I have bought and the 2nd in a row from Ralph Neal's. This time I had the pleasure of dealing with Kate Neal for my 2018 Ram 2500H This is the 3rd Ram I have bought and the 2nd in a row from Ralph Neal's. This time I had the pleasure of dealing with Kate Neal for my 2018 Ram 2500HD Power Wagon, Kate was very knowledgeable about the Power Wagon and its capabilities which do differ from the standard 2500HD which made all the difference in my decision to go ahead with my dream truck :) Kate made me feel relaxed from start to finish, was able to give me an amazing deal on my 2016 Ram Rebel that I had bought from them a couple years prior. I will happily return to Kate Neal when it is time to trade in the 2nd family vehicle SUV. As for Max Gannon he once again made the numbers work and came out with that extended warranty I so love through the dealer at a decent cost to me.
