Confusing offers and service schedules Prior to my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan I had owned Ford products for over 20 years. I find the service schedule for the Caravan leaves me wondering wha Prior to my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan I had owned Ford products for over 20 years. I find the service schedule for the Caravan leaves me wondering what is needed even though I rely on the Dodge dealer for all the regular and scheduled maintenance. With Ford each kilometre level had a list of clear maintenance required and I was able to track and even budget based on this list. With Dodge I also get offers - in the mail and in email - some from Mopar/Dodge and some from the dealer. When I go in for service I am then told I need to forward emails to get a discount, only one can be used for each visit, or that a specific brand mentioned in the coupon does not pertain to this dealership... All that being said, so far I am very happy with the vehicle itself. More
