Truck was originally diagnosed by another dealer. I decided to go to this one because of proximity. They didnt look at my original issue because engine codes were not present at the time even though t decided to go to this one because of proximity. Went above and beyond to help me get my seatbelt fixed with the warranty .. Only thing bad was that I was suppose to be picked up at 130 with the guy who was to drive me and my kid back to the dealership with the warranty .. I purchased a new truck. I left the lot happy at first. I did not dicker the price too much . 2 weeks after purchase I was harrassed to bring in my used summer tires which I did not include in the sale. I was told that I signed them into the trade appraisal. I was never shown the signed document and I(with a witness) did not verbally agree to trading in the summer tires. However, since i signed the trade appraisal And also since they really weren't worth keeping for any reason I decided to take them in and I was promised something for my efforts. I showed up and dropped them off and nothing was given. I originally left a mixed review on the dealer site and was told by the sales advisor that I should change my review because in their opinion the sale was good and I should be happy. News flash, you ruined a sale and repeat sale over a set of tires that weren't worth $100. Congratulations. More
