I was shopping for a vehicle during the pandemic. I drove to Belleville Dodge to see what they had on their lot. I saw the truck I wanted so I emailed the dealership to book a viewing and test drive. They responded quickly and arranged for me to test the truck. The sales manager Andy was terrific to deal with vi email and when I arrived at the dealership for my test drive, Dave was the person who told me about the truck and did my paperwork. As far as car deals go, this was the best experience I’ve had when buying a new or used vehicle (used in this case). I would definitely shop at Ralph Neal’s Belleville Dodge again for any vehicle needs I have. More

I am from QC and had purchased my Jeep locally back in early February. Given the unprecedented Covid times we are living, my Jeep build date was unknown, let alone a delivery date! So I shopped around and found one in Ontario, Ralph Neale’s Belleville Dodge. I called them up and within one day they had managed to source and setup a brand new 2020 white Unlimited Diesel Rubicon. Identical to what I had ordered! I also wanted different tires and wheel spacers...They priced the Rubicon dollar for dollar to my expectations! They had her ready the following day! ROAD TRIP! We drove 450km to do the deal! Within 20 minutes of our arrival, they made a win/win offer on my trade in, signed all the papers (which were ready & waiting for my signatures) and the next thing you know, my wife and I are sitting in our sparkling new Jeep Rubicon heading back to Quebec!
