Had a terrible experience today I asked for a conventional oil change but when I got the bill it was synthetic for twice the price. On top of that I had a very small warranty claim the service gu conventional oil change but when I got the bill it was synthetic for twice the price. On top of that I had a very small warranty claim the service guy wouldn’t even look at. I have a box light in my truck that won’t stay in hole. He said I prob broke it myself so take it to Porthope for warranty. Doesn’t seem very professional to me it prob a $10 light. This is my third new Dodge truck all from Porthope but I did buy my Journey from you last year. I’ve been slowly making you my dealer of choice but after today I don’t think I’ll be back. The warranty refusal rubbed me the wrong way. So I called Porthope and they said of course it’s covered pop by anytime and we’ll change it. More

Simple, fun and no pressure! Dave Steele made it easy for us to test drive multiple vehicles and find the right fit for us. We saw Andy McNulty throughout the day of our test driving and he was very friendly in offering us to test drive a truck that someone else had just test drove. Lori Conroy helped us on the finance side of things and was very thorough with her explanations and breakdowns of our purchase. She made us feel comfortable, explained all our options and never made us feel like we were just a number to her. Overall, we had a great experience at Ralph Neale's and look forward to purchasing through them again in the future. More
