September 1, 2023 Nissan Canada Customer Relations 5290 Orbitor Drive Mississauga, ON L4W 4Z5 Dear Nissan Canada Customer Relations Team, Subject: Concerns and Misinformation Regarding Our 2023 Rogue P Orbitor Drive Mississauga, ON L4W 4Z5 Dear Nissan Canada Customer Relations Team, Subject: Concerns and Misinformation Regarding Our 2023 Rogue Platinum Purchase I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with my recent experience when purchasing a new 2023 Rogue Platinum from Rallye Motors in Moncton, NB. While I eagerly looked forward to enjoying a new vehicle, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment due to the terrible misinformation and miscommunication we encountered throughout the purchase process. On August 22, 2023, my wife and I visited Rallye Motors, intending to purchase a 2023 Rogue Platinum, a vehicle we had researched extensively and were eager to own. Our initial impression of the dealership was positive, but it soon became evident that the sales staff lacked the necessary knowledge and professionalism to handle such an important transaction. Here are some of the critical issues we encountered: We brought in our 2018 Chevrolet Equinox with 61,371 km to trade. My wife & I had decided before we went there that we would walk if we were offered less than $18,500 for our SUV. Cole Darrach offered us $18,400.00, and we agreed that was acceptable. We were sent to the finance office to have the contract written up. The finance officer (not Cole) highlighted the many places where I was to sign and initial. We had been in the dealership for over three hours and were anxious to eat. It was past 6:30, and my wife, Bev, is diabetic and needed to take medication and eat. When we came home, Bev asked me to bring the documentation into the house to review, but the dealership had advised me to keep it in the car until we received the registration. Two days later, Bev checked with the insurance company about the insurance on the new vehicle and was told that they hadn’t received information from Rallye Motors. She contacted Rallye and asked for a copy of the Bill of Sale so we could have the insurance transferred. At this time, she noticed that the Trade-In Allowance was $16,000.00, not the $18,400.00 promised. Despite our attempts to address these concerns with the dealership, we have not received a satisfactory resolution. Our requests for clarification and correction of the misinformation have been met with delays and unfulfilled promises. I want to emphasize that our dissatisfaction is not with the Nissan brand but with the dealership experience at Rallye Motors. We believe that Nissan Canada is known for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, and we hope you take our concerns seriously. I kindly request that Nissan Canada intervenes in this matter to ensure that Rallye Motors addresses the issues we have raised promptly and satisfactorily. We hope to have our concerns addressed and the misinformation rectified so we can fully enjoy our 2023 Rogue Platinum without lingering doubts or frustrations. Please let us know how we can resolve these issues, whether through direct communication with Rallye Motors or any other means necessary. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and we look forward to your prompt response. Sincerely, Robert Turnbull Sept 19/23 Received a call from Nissan and was told that since the contract was with Rallye, there was nothing they could do. Next step - go into dealership and confront GM. If this doesn't work, I have other recourses. More
We bought a Nissan Rogue there in 2018. As our 5 year lease is coming to an end, we ordered a Huynday Tucson plug in hydrid last september, as they are not readily available. When we checke As our 5 year lease is coming to an end, we ordered a Huynday Tucson plug in hydrid last september, as they are not readily available. When we checked-up on the order, two weeks ago, we were told by a sales rep at Nissan that all orders for the Tucson hybrid plug in had been cancelled. We asked why we weren't notified of this and the sales rep could not give us answer. He did say that he would look in the inventory, to see if he could find something else that would suit our needs and send us an e-mail with options and prices. 2 weeks later, we never heard back. Just called him a few minutes ago and was told someone from Hyunday would call us back, as they would be better to answer my questions. When asked why he did not contact us as he sais he would, he eluded the question. I also asked for the gm's name and number and he refused to give to me... If you are looking for Nissan or Hyunday, I would recommend going to Amherst. I spoke with two sales persons there and they really followed through on my questions. More
I was defraud by this dealerdship in buying our new Nissan Rogue, they took advantage on us because its our first time to buy and we really need a car. We had a very terrible and worst experience with Nissan Rogue, they took advantage on us because its our first time to buy and we really need a car. We had a very terrible and worst experience with all of them from sales, Finance Manager and the Manager itself, they were all in cahuts, the manager will promise anything just to beat the price of the other dealership and recommend higher trims with the same price compared with the lower trim to trap you in a bait, visiting the dealership. When you arrive in the dealership the Sales Manager will not show-up and only the sales representative will be dealing with you. When you inform them the price that you and the manager agreed upon, they will explain so many lies about stocks exchange that goes high and etc. until they mislead you and eventually the price agreed was false. They will also promise you the color of vehicle only to find out its not in their lot when you arrive at the delaership and will inform you that it was already sold the day before you came. After negotiations with the sales person they will send you to the Finance manager for the approval of your credit and then the finance manager will present you the approval of the bank with higher terms of fees which is absurd, when you walk away from the dealership the sales person through the sales manager will offer you another option with their rates Nissan's lending institution and another battle of negotiations until such that they were able to figure out your interest in having or buying a car. What's really worst is the treatment of the Finance manager, he was really very rude and disrespectful, he maligned us while negotiating some of the fees which are negotiables infront of my minor child, this Finance Manager in the dealership is really a disgrace I don't know where he took his ¨MANNERS¨. I will never ever come back and recommend this dealership especially to my friends in Moncton and other areas in New Brunswick, I pity the owner of this dealership most expecially the Nissan company they should act on the very bad practices of this dealership. Their modus or strategies has been perfected for years of their service in the dealership in scamming and defrauding customers. I should have been attentive with all the reviews from this dealership they were all 100% true. Worst experience. All I thought thieves were just scattered on the streets but now adays, they were also properly dressed inside that dealership. I believe that the Nissan company has an excellent reputations and nothing to do with this, but beacuse of those bad people who were incompetent, disrespéctful and dishonest inside the dealership this really pulls them down. Unscrupulous personnel, managers who runs these dealerships should be penalized by the government authorities not only in New Brunswick but all throughout Canada. It was just dismay how we were treated in buying and choosing this dealership, because of their unprofessional treatment. It was really a bad decision in choosing this dealership. There are a lot of good practices and strategies in selling and encouraging a customer to buy a car and earn their trust. It's not yet too late for a change ¨RALLYE MOTORS NISSAN¨. There are alot of other dealership who has an EXCELLENT reputations, just be mindful and wise so you will not experience the same as we had. As the saying goes ¨Choose the Lesser Evil¨. More

Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. Over a year of trying to resolve issues caused by their mistakes. Avoid this dealership at all costs. We have been repeatedly disappointed by this service centre. Bought a new car with thin paint - scratches off and rusting, brakes that were off since the first day ... Nissan refuses to replace or re centre. Bought a new car with thin paint - scratches off and rusting, brakes that were off since the first day ... Nissan refuses to replace or repair anything unless they charge us a large amount of money for each. They say it was a manufacturer defect in person then upper management etc claims that Nissan will not approve ficibf it on their dime. They promise to call you back, and leave you hanging for weeks at a time. They just want money and more money and unhappy customers. NO confidence in them, the staff or their products. More
Feel like we've basically been defrauded by Rallye Nissan. Bought a new Rogue early September that had yet to be delivered but was already en route to them. Spent a lot of time there and SIGNED a Purc Nissan. Bought a new Rogue early September that had yet to be delivered but was already en route to them. Spent a lot of time there and SIGNED a Purchase Agreement including winter tires and wheels, mats, autostart, and undercoating. Met with their finance department for financing etc..Left so they could complete paperwork and then came back and signed more. A few weeks later we receive a call that the car has arrived and we can pick it up. We were there for hours because the "original" finance person was off that day and they couldn't find the paperwork so entirely re did it...only to have them entirely redo the Purchase Agreement and ended up charging us another $4000 more then the original Purchase Agreement, much to our dismay. We've had "time" since to review the two copies (my husband asked for a copy the day we originally signed it) and the "add ons" we agreed to were in the original Purchase Agreement. Upon inspection of the vehicle we were asked to do before we left, there was a scratch on the brand new car....nothing was offered. We were there for hours and basically left to the position to be ansy to leave, now believing that may have been strategy. We left with the copy of financing and new Purchase Agreement, and a temporary permit on the windshield without a date of purchase on it because we were told we need the "Nevis" paper mailed out before we can register the vehicle (and yes, they charged us $300 for registration but because we're not in NB it appears that we still need to do it, and were told if pulled over by the police, to write a purchase date on it "quickly" within the last 10 days. Told the paper could take two weeks to get in the mail. The winter tires and wheels were not there when we picked the car up. We live on PEI and had to make another trip which was planned for October 5th. The sales rep had us come to the Service Dept before with him before we left and they agreed to have them Oct 5th. Arrived there October 5th to pick up the tires and wheels. We had included tires in wheels in the deal because we weren't planning on buying a new car the first day we were there, and my husband, someone that would normally research, asked if 17" wheels would work and they explicitly told us "no, they're 19's" so we ordered them. Came to pick them up on the 5th and the service dept knew nothing about them and had to look up the deal. Asked if we'd be around a couple of hours because they didn't have any assembled. I left and came back and picked them up when they phoned, then picked my husband up from eye surgery and travelled home. At home we realized they gave us 17" wheels and rims without sensors that are required for the vehicle to operate its features properly, and no lug nuts. AND WE STILL DIDN'T HAVE PAPERWORK TO REGISTER THE VEHICLE. October 19th, STILL NO PAPERWORK. My husband calls on October 20th and speaks with someone in "management" who basically calls him a liar and says we wouldn't have left without the "Nevis" paper...having never purchased brand new or in NB, I remembered explicitly being told we need to wait for the Nevis in the mail. They said they'd look into it and would courier a copy to have yesterday (Oct 21st...didn't arrive). My husband also asked them about the wheels, specifically the sensors and lug nuts. The rep said those are "extras" that weren't agreed to even when telling the rep that we were lied to about buying them but would settle for just having the sensors for the wheels. Love to know how they would install them without lug nuts....We would have settled and walked away without major complaint if they would have (finally) showed some good faith and simply provided us with the sensors after wasting our time, misleading us, "tricking" us into signing new paperwork, not offering a "fix"on a scratch on a brand new vehicle, and after a month, still not being able to register the vehicle in our name. Unless they show some good faith, they are not trustworthy with terrible service. More
