We were told after inspection of the brakes by your mechanic that the vehicle required 2 pipe assemblies and 2 flexible hoses, which were ordered. Subsequently we were told that three of the four parts arrived but not one flexible hose. That part did not arrive until early December so we were told on December 3rd that the car was repaired and could be picked up. On picking it up and paying a bill of $1099.65 we were told that the mechanic had test driven the vehicle and it was “A1”. There was no mention of the car requiring further work. As soon as the vehicle was picked up, it was apparent that the brakes were still very spongy, requiring a significant pressure to get them to work. Rick told us that this was normal and that with driving they would return to normal performance. The brakes were still not functioning properly so the car returned to the shop on December 5th. Rick at Rallye Motors phoned to inform us that the brakes needed front and rear “all round”, that the inside pads are “done”and therefore the pistons are pushing right in. The rotors are also very rusty. The cost to repair the pads, rotors and labor was $1200 plus tax, but Rick could give it to us at a discount of $900 plus tax out the door. I phoned Rick back to remind him that rear rotors, drums and brake pads were replaced on August 21, 2023. He checked and agreed that the brake pads should be under warranty. We told him to go ahead with the work if our brakes were in that bad a shape. When we went back that day to pick up our vehicle, I spoke with Rick in person, letting him know that we were very concerned with the treatment which we had received and that he should never have released the vehicle if the brakes were not functioning properly. I wanted the name and contact info for his superior, which at first he refused to give me, asking what it was that I wanted. I suggested that as compensation for our inconvenience, and inappropriate brake service, as well as potential hazard to ourselves, that the latest bill should be cut in half. Rick then claimed that he had already cut the bill in half, that parts alone should have been $2325 plus tax. This figure was absolutely never quoted to us (I have a copy in Rick’s handwriting of the figures), and I became insistent that I needed to contact his superior. He finally relented and gave me the name of Ron Sabine. He also claimed that after the first job, the brakes were working fine, but we were requesting a superior job, to bring the vehicle back to “brand new” conditions. He also indicated that the brake job just finished was not necessary for fixing the brakes. I questioned whether we were being billed for unnecessary work, to which there was no reply. While I paid the bill for $1020.18, Rick contacted Ronnie, and I was told that Ron would be calling me. Ron did call this morning. He claimed that Rick would be disciplined for unilaterally giving us a discount. It would seem that appropriate attention to our brakes was not carried out in the first place. When we brought the vehicle back the second time, we were never informed that the work was optional, rather that the work was necessary. We are very dissatisfied with the service we have received. Firstly, any service department (and we have checked with 2 others in the city) examining a braking issue should have found an issue with brake pads and rotors on initial inspection. Instead we are led to believe that your staff were quite happy to send a customer away with a faulty braking situation. We are now out roughly $2100 plus for brake issues plus car rental for 2 plus weeks while the car was in for service. The standard of excellent service which you understand that your staff offers was not in evidence. More

We called thinking they would do the right thing and license it but they told Rick good luck trying to fight it! Blame Trudeau for the cost. Motor vehicle said it only cost 20.00 to change ownership. Please share the xxxx out of this post so everyone knows the type of dealership this company truly are! Don’t buy from them! More

Took the car for a test drive and spent the next 3 hours with the salesman and then the finance manager filling out paperwork. 3 hours later the salesman reappears to tell me the car we tried out has been sold, xxx .. he then starts to pull up other vehicles on his phone, NO THANKS , goodbye !! Too bad you can't choose to give a negative star rating because Rallye is definitely a negative More

Hands down most dishonest business I've ever dealt with. They agree to a price then send you paperwork to sign that is a WILDLY higher price. We spent hours coming to an agreement with the salesman. He They agree to a price then send you paperwork to sign that is a WILDLY higher price. We spent hours coming to an agreement with the salesman. He wrote down the final price, got the manager to approve it. We signed it. He went to bring back the paperwork - COMPLETELY DIFFERENT price than we agreed to. The manager wouldn't come to talk with us (we were never abusive, never yelled, never swore). The second salesman said the business cannot be held responsible for agreements made by the salesmen, and offered a MUCH higher price. They would not negotiate and we had to leave empty-handed, having spent an entire afternoon. They also initially told us extras would be included which in the final paperwork were not. More
Rallye Nissan are a bunch of crooks and should have their license revoked. Car bought for $16500 ended up costing me $23746.67. With all their add-ons of carfax $69.95, inspection $54.00, License fee $197, license revoked. Car bought for $16500 ended up costing me $23746.67. With all their add-ons of carfax $69.95, inspection $54.00, License fee $197, unwanted gap insurance $2005, home delivery fee $500. The worst thing the car did not have what was advertised. They would not do anything about it, so I am stuck with this vehicle. I do not know where the consumer laws are. But all said and done I will get even , one way or another More
