Horrible...worst ever I have dealt with many businesses but the Rallye group in Moncton New Brunswick is by far the worst. They had me drive 2 hours to get an appraisal on I have dealt with many businesses but the Rallye group in Moncton New Brunswick is by far the worst. They had me drive 2 hours to get an appraisal on my vehicle and when I arrived they had delivered the vehicle to someone else that morning. So they convinced me to drive there at my expense and already knew they had sold the vehicle. Then they asked if I would be interested in another vehicle. WARNING - avoid these types of dealers. I visited this dealership recently, i had no intention of purchasing a vehicle at that moment my visit was more for future reference than anything. I I visited this dealership recently, i had no intention of purchasing a vehicle at that moment my visit was more for future reference than anything. I explained this to my salesperson at the time who promptly said not a problem and requested I take a seat at his desk. I was curious about the new tuscon that had just been released so josh grabbed me a brochure stappled his business car to it and said "well there you are for future reference would you like to sit in one ?" Josh treated me just as well as someone who was buying a vehicle , explained all the benefits of hyundai and their dealership and invited me back in when I am prepared to buy a vehicle and even introduced me to his manager. It was very informative and welcoming i will deffinitely be back in the future when the finances line up :) More

Complete waste of time. Spent a week in communication with this dealer. I had my own financing in place, but had to go through them to get the listed price first. I live 3 hours away so it all had to be done by phone/e-mail. They approved my application, moved the car to the same dealer as the salesman I was speaking too, and set an appointment up for me to come 3 days later on my only day off. They I get an e-mail reply the day I'm supposed to be driving up there with one line "I was off yesterday and could not respond to you. The other issue is the vehicle has been sold. " After telling me he specifically moved the car to his dealership for me. This was also a used car, not something they can just pick out another one and offer up. There's nothing special here, poor business ethics. If you have no choice and do still go with them, DO NOT LET THEM DO FINANCING BEFORE AGREEING ON A PRICE. This was my biggest mistake, never ever let them put through an app before you have an agreement on a price. I could have walked away from this with no negative effect and kept looking for a car, but now I've got 3 hits on my credit for nothing. More
