He was too busy...and given the run around Moncton It was our first visit to a dealer in Moncton and our experience was very negative. We were approached by a Sales Rep named Matt as we entered the sh It was our first visit to a dealer in Moncton and our experience was very negative. We were approached by a Sales Rep named Matt as we entered the showroom. My son wanted to test drive a few specific used cars that he had seen on their webpage. Matt went to look for the keys of the 3 cars. He only found one. He took us to see that car on the lot while he was looking for the other 2 set of car keys. He spent more than 30 minutes looking for the keys. We finally went in to the showroom to find him on the phone with someone. When he hung up he told us that he could not find the keys to the vehicles and since Rallye Motors has 4 others sites the 2 Sonata must be at another location either Mitsubisi or Nissan and to drive to the other locations to see those cars. He also added that all he could do for us that day as "he was extremely busy". We are from out of town and did not know where the other locations where and where Main Street was, so we managed to find them. We could not find the Sonata that we were promised to be there. We talked to one of the sales associates at Mitsubishi who did a little data entry in the computer and found out that the 2 Sonata that we wanted to see had been sold and this is why Matt from Hyundai could not find the keys. We were very frustrated and very upset with the way we were given the run around Moncton. We live 200 km away and wasted our day looking for 2 models that we sold when we could have just look for the other vehicles on list. We ended up buying a car that day at a different dealer. I would not recommend dealing with Matt at Rallye Hyundai to anyone. Ariane L. More
