The cleaning service was absolutely awful for the price that I paid $ 179.99+ $40 salt stains removal+ tax. The leather in the seats lookes worther than before cleaning, with streaks on them. This is the third time that I received different kind of services in the Raillye Motors and always something going wrong with service. Waiting time more than 4 hours for oil change, wheel damage .. . After dealing with Yash for over 2 months i finally settled on a 2023 hyundai santafe LUXURY. I had told him that i had purchased a travel trailer last year weighing 2200 lbs and he assured me i could settled on a 2023 hyundai santafe LUXURY. I had told him that i had purchased a travel trailer last year weighing 2200 lbs and he assured me i could haul it with no problem. After purchase i found that not to be the case. I have since tried to get into something else but to no avail. Also when i arrived at the dealership 3-1/2 hrs later the vehicle was not prepared. I waited 3 hrs before heading back home another 3.4 hr drive. The next day they called saying i must return because they didnt go to the license buro altho they had placed my peraonalized plates on and aent me home. They finally aent me my plate 2 weeks later and refuse to re emburse me the $50 charge from the license buro. I would like to leave a zero rating but cannot. Yash and his whole crew only care about sales bottom line. I stongly recommend anyone to steer clear of this place. I am letting everyone i can know of my disappointment. More
