Went for a look came home with a Jeep I just went to "look" because my current lease was going to be up in a few months and I wanted to get a feel for what was out there for vehicles. I was in the parking lot for less than a minute when Bill came out to see me. I'm not sure what happened but a few hours later I was buying a Jeep Cherokee North at a great price! AND they made sure I was able to drive home with it that night...I kinda felt bad for not being able to bid a proper farewell to my Malibu but I've always wanted to own a 4x4 Jeep and i was finally getting that in the Cherokee!!!...Bill was really nice and easy going. He wasn't pushy AND he didn't bring down other dealerships or brands. I don't like for any Salespeople to do that so I was glad he didn't. The guy who did the financing portion of the sale was also very nice. And the Sales manager seemed very pleasant, even after I got the sales guy to send him an email to change the music that was playing in the dealership ;)... I haven't been in to get any service done yet so that'll be the dealership's REAL test in my eyes but so far it's been a really good experience... More

Adam and Dan: The two professionals dealer to talk to. Rally Moncton was the 4th place I went to find my dream truck 1500 Eco Diesel. Correction: really cheap. So he asked me what I was ready to pay for the truck, and I was in the impression I will get a use one, and that was fine to me. But no, He got me a brand new one, black bad xxx, and I didn’t have to pay a penny more of what I asked for with a 72 month at 0% interest! Nice! Beside the little story, Adam and Dan, were the two person who supported me during the purchase process, explaining step by step the contract, the service, the warranty ..etc. I couldn’t ask for more professional service. Plus they have that human approach that make you fill comfortable, this contributed to have an outstanding experience. I absolutely recommend Adam and Dan at Rally Moncton for your next purchases. I then met Richard Mallet for the financial part which took the time to explain to me all of the options that I had access to for my vehicle and reviewed in detail the paper work that had to be done to finalise the purchase.
