We had a payment and sale amount in mind that we did not want to exceed. He fully respected that and found us what we wanted in a truck. Everyone was upfront and forthcoming with all the details we needed to know. This was our very first NEW purchase and we were not disappointed. Everyone we encountered on site was professional, courteous and pleasant. I would go there again and recommend anyone I knew looking for good service and a good buying experience to check out Rallye on Morton. The name is redeemed in my eyes. REPEAT CUSTOMER since 2008 I'm actually very shocked to see some of the comments below as we have not had a negative experience since introduced to Rallye Motors in 2008, and we I'm actually very shocked to see some of the comments below as we have not had a negative experience since introduced to Rallye Motors in 2008, and we have purchased 5 vehicles so far, including my brand new Ram Sport that we brought home this past weekend. We have also been directly involved in 4 additional vehicle sales to friends of ours including another Ram 1500, a Grand Cherokee (Hemi), a Dodge Challenger and last year another Grand Cherokee Limited Edition. We began when we purchased our Tahoe Z71; next was a two-door Jeep Wrangler; we traded that in 2 years later on a four-door Jeep Wrangler Unlimited; a brand new 2014 Hyundai Elantra and just purchased the Dodge Ram Sport. All negotiated prices were exactly what was quoted when it came time to sign the paperwork and we actually walked away with a awesome deal on the Ram Sport this past Saturday, including an incredible warranty package - thanks Richard! We've been repeat customers since 2008. Our most recent sale involved Adam Koehler (Sales) and Richard Mallet (Finance). Both of these guys go above and beyond! My first time dealing with Adam, but I believe it's our 4th deal now with Richard. Thanks very much to both of you, and so sorry to have kept you 2 hours past closing ... :( on a weekend no less! We're extremely happy with the truck, and look forward to introducing you both to another potential Rallye customer this week because of this Ram purchase. More

Worse experience of my life Bought a Jeep wrangler used in October 2013, the vehicle was a lemon, i did put over 4500$ in repairs in one year, After one year when i did go back t Bought a Jeep wrangler used in October 2013, the vehicle was a lemon, i did put over 4500$ in repairs in one year, After one year when i did go back there to see if they could at least trade the lemon for a brand new car (so i would have a warranty) they were no help. They didnt return my calls, i had to go there in person and finally when they made me an offer it was with high interest and a deposit. At the end, i got inform that the car that was advertise was no longer in stock. Worse liars and worse experience ever. Thankfully i had a good trade in value with a Saint john dealer and bought a brand new Car at a good price with decent interest rate. And the service with Kia Saint-John was very good. The worst experience! I had a terrible experience dealing with the Rallye Motors. Jeep Cherokees were rare in their first few months and Rallye had one with the options I w I had a terrible experience dealing with the Rallye Motors. I was dealing on the phone and through emails with them and I was willing to travel out of my city to get it. After many emails and calls we came to an agreement on a price and a trade in value for my car. I told the salesman that I was ready to go ahead with the purchase and I was told that my credit report needed to be pulled to hold the vehicle. This was done and I was ready to go to the dealership and pick up the Jeep. The day we made the agreement I headed toward Moncton as soon as I was finished work to pick up the Jeep but the salesman called me back a few minutes after giving me the green light and said that the finance Manager was not in so I would have to wait until the next day for them to sign off on it. The next day in conversation with the salesman he mentioned the dealership was very busy and that someone was very interested in another Jeep, but not to worry because it was not my Jeep he wanted and the deal was still on. After this conversation my calls and emails stopped being returned. When I finally got ahold of the salesman I was told that I was going to get my jeep but they needed a few days. Basically after calling them 4 times in 2 days I found out that the Jeep was gone. I was very upset as I was assured that this would not happen. During our communications we were at the point of discussing when the vehicle could be delivered as they were not going to be available the day I had originally tried to pick it up. The dealership did not take any responsibility for selling the Jeep that thtey pulled my credit report on. He wasnt planning on telling me that he sold the jeep, instead he was preparing me to wait a couple days and deliver me a jeep that was going to be different.. he treated me like i was stupid and would never find out the car they deliver is not the car I bought ??? what a joke place! I would not recommend dealing with this dealership at all, they are dishonest and have no issues screwing over their clients. I was promised a vehicle, my credit report was pulled and I was left empty handed. They have terrible customer service and they no problem scamming people. Heard from many people that they take deposits and do not give them back if the purchase doesnt happen... oh btw when i sent an email to the sales guy that I was going to come in to see a manager, he told me this : "oh great, you cant miss me, I am 6'4"... Rallye Motors on Morton Ave in Moncton is shockingly dishonest. This is my first encounter with any company with such an extreme lack of integrity. Not once have I ever been so dissapointed, even shocke dishonest. This is my first encounter with any company with such an extreme lack of integrity. Not once have I ever been so dissapointed, even shocked that I felt the need to post a review. The company had an ad posted on Kijiji on Jan 26th 2013 with a listed price of $18,688. I called the dealer, test drove the vehicle and purchased it on Jan 26th 2013. While in the sales office, I was given a break down of numbers starting at $18,688 plus fees which ended in the 21k-22k range. That price was agreed on. After some waiting around for financing to go through, I was led into the financing office to sign the papers. My mistake was not reviewing those papers. Having trust, I see the number $21,987 at the top of the page and sign. Later that night I review those papers and see the price had changed to $21,987 plus fees ending in a total of $25,862.78 I honestly believed it was a simple clerical error and approached them the next business day to have it corrected. I was told that the higher price was the correct one. The Kijiji ad was edited Jan 27th to reflect the higher price!! I advised the manager the Jan 26th ad reflected $18,688. I was told that Kijiji takes 24-48 to reflect the company's edited price (which is false)and that it was not under his control. That prices do tend to go up with the season. (like Jan 26th is the season, right?) Rallye Motors will not honor the price as seen advertised on the day of sale. They have made that very clear. Lacking the foresight, I decide to review them online after the fact. BBB rates them a D-, most of those complaints related to advertising and sales issues. CBC News carried a story into their investigation. All easily found with Google. Next time I will spend a little less time reviewing the vehicle I am buying and some time reviewing the dealer from which I am buying. More
