Terrible service. Leased a Ram from them a month and a half ago. I drove over from PEI late one evening to pick my truck up. Waited an hour and a half before anyone actually came to help me. When the salesman came to finally help me, he told me they didn’t have the mats in stock that I was promised, so I’d have to buy them myself at a dealership back home and they will mail me a cheque. As part of a promotion I was also to receive $1000 cash and that would also be mailed. That’s fine… I make the deal on the truck and drive home. It’s been almost 2 months and no cheque. When I went to register my truck at DMV, I found out the dealership hadn’t given me several different pieces of paper work needed to register it. Trying to get these forms from them was like pulling teeth. After finally getting these forms, I got my truck registered. (By the way, other maritime Chrysler dealerships will register your vehicle for you, and will even deliver it to you free of charge. Which Rallye did neither.) After a few days with the truck I tried to open my tailgate and it wouldn’t open. Cords were hanging out of the tailgate jamming it. Took in to local Chrysler for warranty repair. No problem. A few days later, I notice the SPORT badge and 4x4 badge on the tailgate are very crooked. Back in for more warranty work. Last but not least, I had a lady from Rallye Nissan calling me telling me I had missed paper work when I signed off at the dealership (sounds like your problem, not mine) and that “the deal technically wasn’t done” because of this. In hind site, I should have taken the truck and dropped it at their front door right then and there. Avoid this dealership at all costs, folks. Terrible experience and will not be back. More
By far the Worst dealership experience I have had. I have never been treated with such disrespect trying to book my vehicle for warranty service. I ended up leaving. The worst part? I was dealing with I have never been treated with such disrespect trying to book my vehicle for warranty service. I ended up leaving. The worst part? I was dealing with the service manager. This was my first and last experience with them. I never believed any of my friends about how terrible this place was, but I have first-hand experience now. Stay away! More
stay away ! !! A double root canal with no freezing would be less pain than dealing with one of the Rallye Stores in greater Moncton. I was warned by family t !! A double root canal with no freezing would be less pain than dealing with one of the Rallye Stores in greater Moncton. I was warned by family to stay away and buy else where.Should of listened. The paper work is wrong, they lied to me and they say what ever they have to say to sell a vehicle..Too bad the Steel Group didn't buy them out as they bleeding cash and staff and little to no sales. I had bought a car here in April; to begin, I never got my license plates as they lost them. It took weeks of calling to finally get ahold of someone who would actually help me instead of taking my name ju my license plates as they lost them. It took weeks of calling to finally get ahold of someone who would actually help me instead of taking my name just to never call back. When buying it, I watched another employee berade the salesman I was dealing with at that time to go do something else as I was in the middle of purchasing. Months later, I was backed into by another driver, and as I took it in to get repaired, it was promptly written off because when the bumper was removed, the underside of it was so beyond rusted they couldn’t even put a new bumper on. It should have NEVER had an inspection sticker on it as the rust was NOT 7 months worth. Now I’m out a car because Rally Motors Chrysler sold me one that should have never been on the road in the first place. More
If I could put -5/5 I would. This was the worst services any dealership could provide. I originally ordered a Jeep Wrangler 4XE in February 2022 and we agreed on a set price. This was the worst services any dealership could provide. I originally ordered a Jeep Wrangler 4XE in February 2022 and we agreed on a set price. I had signed a contract and it was a done deal until to receive the vehicle. At first they told me 3-4 months to receive it which I totally understand. No one gave me any update until I kept calling 6 months after the original order. About 2 weeks ago they said, get ready your vehicle is arriving soon. I asked the saler if the price had changed and he said no, you signed a contract and we can’t change it. 3 days ago, they called me saying the vehicle had arrive but now the price was 66$ extra biweekly for the same vehicle. I explained the contract at which they treated me like a dog saying if I could not pay it they would sale it to another customer. I asked around other dealerships in the city of Moncton and they explained me that Rally Morton are known to have bad service, no honouring their contract. I’m currently in touch with Jeep Canada for a formal Complaint, I’m also in touch with the province of New Brunswick do get the ball rolling with the protection of the consumer and I’m also in the process of bringing them to civil court. I waited 8 months to get this vehicle, I could of get any other vehicles when it was cheaper interest but unfortunately they screw me over last minute. They just want to mark up the price and make money. I do not recommend any Rally Motor Dealership in the Moncton/Dieppe/Riverview area. If you are shopping there, it’s at your risk. Cheers More
This dealer is VERY HARD to work with and a disgrace to Chrysler as a Dealer. I leased a new Ram 4 years ago from them and then traded it for another new Ram at a different Ram Dealer this month. Rallye Chrysler as a Dealer. I leased a new Ram 4 years ago from them and then traded it for another new Ram at a different Ram Dealer this month. Rallye are “taking their time” releasing the first vehicle from the lease, even though the other Ram Dealer sent them a cheque for the payout of the lease. Because of Rallye dragging their heals releasing my previous vehicle SCI Leasing has taken another payment for the “old truck” out of my bank account and the Dealer that I traded it at can’t resell it until Rallye release it with SCI Leasing. I called Rallye today and was told that they’d get it released when they get around to it….I guess they’re busy??? They told me I might even have to make ANOTHER payment on the “old truck” before they get around to releasing it through SCI Leasing. They also told me it was a “process” to get the truck released. So, I called SCI Leasing and was told it is a 35-45 minute online process to release a truck and that Rallye had not contacted them at all as of today to release the truck. I WILL NEVER deal with this Dealer again and highly recommend that nobody else get involved with them either. Based on all the other negative reviews I see here….I’m not alone. I totally amazed that they’re still in business and that Chrysler would even keep them in their Dealer network. Extremely Frustrated Ram Owner More
I have never had such a negative experience with any other dealer like the one I had with these people. Right from the beginning a bad experience just got worse as time progressed. I was told that they other dealer like the one I had with these people. Right from the beginning a bad experience just got worse as time progressed. I was told that they did not offer an extended warranty, then they said they did have one which they included in the sale. Turned out to be a one year electrical warranty from Chrysler for over $2500.00. Since I live in PEI I had to wait for a proof of ownership from the NB department of motor vehicles. I was given a 30 day permit in the mean time. After 30 days my permit expired but the proof of ownership had not come through yet. I contacted the dealership about this but they did not send any kind of extension for the permit. I ended up parking the vehicle for two weeks at which time I finally received the ownership. I was also told that there was a spare key for my vehicle which they promised to send. that was a month ago and I am still waiting. They promised to get back to me regarding the whereabouts of this key but as expected that never happened. Save yourself a major headache and a financial ripoff by going elsewhere to purchase a vehicle. More
We have purchased 5 vehicles from Rallye Jeep Chrysler (4 new / 1 used) and have always been treated well by sales and service. But with our latest purchase Chad and Pierre went far above even our expectatio new / 1 used) and have always been treated well by sales and service. But with our latest purchase Chad and Pierre went far above even our expectations. And although we gave 4 stars for a rating overall this was to reflect all of our experiences over the years. However Chad and Pierre and the entire team deserve a 5 star plus rating this time around and we will certainly be back for vehicle number 6 when we need to buy another vehicle. John & Theresa More
I had the worst experience buying a used car there. I purchased a used car on 12/30/2021, and as soon as I left the Rallye, my partner and I noticed that the radio didn't work. So as we were in the last purchased a used car on 12/30/2021, and as soon as I left the Rallye, my partner and I noticed that the radio didn't work. So as we were in the last days of the year and within the customer's warranty, we decided to go back and report it on 03/01/2022, but it was a holiday, and there was no one. On 01/04/2022, we went back there, and after a guy took a look at the car radio, he recommended making an appointment with the mechanic to see in-depth what happened to the radio not working. I made an appointment and went back there on 01/06/2022. After more than an hour and a half of waiting, the mechanic came to me and told me that he would check another radio somewhere to replace that one, as it had a problem and he couldn't fix it. A few days later, he replied with the price to replace the radio, which I thought was unfair since I bought that car and no one told me that the radio didn't work. I didn't even get a chance to decide if I wanted to buy that car with the radio broken or not, and now they want to throw the cost of that replacement on me, as it was supposed to work. Unfortunately, I need to put a star here to do a review because I wouldn't really give any. More
