So, made an appointment to have it fixed, was relieved that it was covered under warranty. Found it odd that the said they'd need my car for four days, but they told me it was because it was such a big job and they wouldn't know what parts they would need until they started looking. So, dropped it off on a Tuesday and was told it would be ready on Friday. On Thursday I started to wonder.... Hmm will it actually be ready? So I called and spoke to someone who said yup should be done, just getting the parts in today. Then Friday afternoon I was starting to get nervous as I hadn't heard. I called and left a couple of messages before someone finally called me back to say yup it should be ready by 5:00. Ok perfect. Called and called trying to find out what was going on as I had to find a ride there to get the car and figure out what to do with my child. No one called back. I called again and threatened to speak to management so finally someone called me back. I was told no the car isn't ready we need to order another part and it won't be in until Monday. I asked if there was a loaner car and was told yes we are expecting one any minute now. Well.... Guess what, the car never showed up. Surprise, surprise 9:00 rolled around and still no car or call to say there was no car. I kept calling thinking that they must have forgotten me because surely they must have a car to lend me. Saturday I called, no car. Monday roles around no communication, I left a couple of messages again until someone called me to say oh when the mechanic was heating up the part they melted the abs sensor so we have to order a new one and it won't be in until tomorrow. At this point I'm so frustrated I didn't know what to say, clearly these guys had to be laughing at me and my nativity. To be honest, I think the service went downhill when we said no to having our brakes done there because the price was astronomical the treatment towards us changed a full 180* didn't get a courtousy car because they didn't have any cars.... How is it possible that a car dealership doesn't have any cars available for loan. Tonight when I picked up the car I spoke to the service manager who told me that the customer service rep had made a mistake when making the work order and the mechanic wrote down the wrong stuff. He also told me that when you do the berrings there is a standard set of parts you order right away and that the job can be done in a day. Ummmm so why on earth did they need to keep my car for a full week to service it? Because they didn't do their jobs appropriately. I feel highly disrespected and undervalued as a client that has always services her car through them. Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else. I wouldn't wish this place on my worst nightmare. More

This was my third Mitsubishi and my second car from the same dealership and same salesman. Nicholas clearly presented what they had available within my parameters. He clearly explained the differences between my old year and model and the later model years without pushing more than you want. He is very patient even when they are busy, and he is easy to speak with. The Finance Manager, Michelle Potvin, was also very pleasant and handled the transaction in an unhurried professional manner. Put the wrong oil during engine oil change. I've been going to Rallye for maintenance since my Outlander was purchase and I have always had synthetic oil for the engine. I noticed the last time I've been going to Rallye for maintenance since my Outlander was purchase and I have always had synthetic oil for the engine. I noticed the last time that they put in regular oil. When I contacted them to tell them, they told me it was my fault for not specifying what type of oil. You would think they would check there records and continue with what they have been using or at least ask me if they can't figure out the history. A mechanic told me that it is not good for the engine when going between regular oil and synthetic. I asked Rallye if they would be willing to put the correct oil in and they said no. I then contacted Mitsubishi Canada and they basically said I was on my own, way to back your customers. I did find out that Mitsubishi will warranty vehicle even if the maintenance is done at a none Mitsubishi garage as long as it is licensed. Why would we pay extra at a Mitsubishi dealer when they don't even back their work when you can get the work somewhere else for less???? More
Upon purchase of our new 2013 Outlander at Rallye Mitsubishi, Gatineau, Quebec, Canada, I can say that the staff went well above expectation when we had the delivery of our new SUV. Delivery was fast Mitsubishi, Gatineau, Quebec, Canada, I can say that the staff went well above expectation when we had the delivery of our new SUV. Delivery was fast within 3 days. SUV was well clean and prepared. Good instructions were given. Sales people are courteous , polite, fast to answer our questions, and negotiated the purchase fairly to both parties. The staff is customer focused by doing follow up to ensure our satisfaction. and are always there to answer any questions that could arise. This is the fourth Mitsubishi vehicule we owned and we intend to continue being part of the 'fidelity customers " for many years to come since they have gained our confidence by "keeping the customer satisfied"....something that you dont see often these days. WAY!!! TO GO RALLYE......................Keep up the good work. More
Mega Automobile has done a lot to satisfy my needs and sell me the car that I wanted at a more than exeptionnal price. Service was great and I was treated like a customer should be. They made me wait 3 hours for an oil change and I had a squeaking sound coming from the rebrand they just went ahead and charged me for oiling my shocks without even telling me what the problem was and the squeaking sound coming from the rebrand they just went ahead and charged me for oiling my shocks without even telling me what the problem was and then went on threatening me with the 52000 km over hall. If it wasn't done my warranty would be void. Mega and Ralley are owned by the same people. Don't go to these dealers. More
