Their shotty work could have killed me and my children. I bought a car on Sept 19. This vechile was supposedly fixed by this dealership or one of their 3rd party garages they use. 2000 km later my router co I bought a car on Sept 19. Luckily u just exited the high way and was going slow. Had said vechile towed to a repair place and contacted rally the next morning. Rally refuses to take responsibility for their work and just shoved the blame onto their 3 rd party repair shop. The wonderful guys at the dealership I dealt with ( who found me this vechile and made the repair arrangements with rally) stepped up and paid for the repairs. It was not their work and they were in no way responsible but they stepped up when rally wouldn't. If I could choose 0 stars I would. More

Ive been shopping for a new car for months, I was beginning to get cold feet about walking into one more dealership. Micha greeted me with such a relaxed, no pressure feel. He was accommodating when it came to what i wanted out of a car and was able to answer all the questions that I had along the way. Big Thanks for making my experience so enjoyable, Id highly recommend anyone in search of a new vehicle to pop in and see him. More
Hidden Dealership Fees and Overpriced Listings Subaru makes incredible vehicles. But for some reason I have to go to other dealerships to purchase one. A brand new WRX is going for $40,000. A used Subaru makes incredible vehicles. But for some reason I have to go to other dealerships to purchase one. A brand new WRX is going for $40,000. A used WRX that I was looking at they had listed for $34,000 with 47,000 km. When I went to place an offer on the car I knew the listing was over priced. We placed our offer at $26,000 expecting a counter offer and they responded with full list price plus an additional $700 in dealership fees. The sales manager came in and told us they stand by Subaru vehicles and don't need to discount them. I love Subaru too and will not be forced to hand them money and get ripped off to own one. Very disappointed. Do your homework before getting ripped off by this dealership. More

Rally Subaru understood our needs, listened to our parameters and did not try to pressure us into a car we did not want, nor could we afford. They were respectful if our time and of us as customers. We were at a competitor earlier and the pressure was enourmous & the style of selling was confrontational. rally Subaru was the exact opposite & for that reason our decision to purchase a Subaru was made all the easier More
Friendly Sales I had spent the better half of two nights test driving and communicating with salesmen. One dealership we dealt with last year (purchased a new dodge I had spent the better half of two nights test driving and communicating with salesmen. One dealership we dealt with last year (purchased a new dodge truck from them) even made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them. I reached out to Rally Subaru online and was quickly called back by Sales Consultant Scott Patrick. We then setup a test drive in a 2018 Crosstrek Touring, upon completing the test drive. Scott and I communicated and I never once felt pressured, or that he was pre occupied with something or someone else. I left that night to discuss with my wife and think about it. That night I recieved and email thanking me for coming in and meeting with Scott. It's amazing what a Thank you does for business. Next day I contacted Scott and we worked out some numbers and other items and voila, that night I came by and met with Curtis (FinanceManager) and I have myself a new Crosstrek Touring. With me working in the sales field and understanding the process of customer first practice I commend Scott and Curtis for their professionalism, service and support. If you are looking for a new vehicle and have concerns about dealing with the stereotyped sales rep, then I definitely recommend Rally Subaru. If you are a competitor reading this and wondering why you are losing out on sales, "Know your Competition", "Understand their Business Practices" and learn from them. Purchase of new vehicle falls short in delivery of vehicle Sales staff attentive, however once I arrived to pick up my vehicle I felt like I was an inconvenience, was promised a 2 hour session to go through th Sales staff attentive, however once I arrived to pick up my vehicle I felt like I was an inconvenience, was promised a 2 hour session to go through the vehicle, what I got was 15 minutes on the Starlink entertainment center, which really did not make me a safer drive. I asked a few pertinent questions but was giving less than desirable answer, specifically what the recommended ideal RMP shift points were? I was told to listen to the engine, had to read the manual myself to find the answer I was looking for, found my answers to my other questions in the manual as well, which makes me think the sales staff need to brush up on their knowledge. I did receive a call back from the service manager, all he did was apologized which really does nothing for me to change my view on the sales staff. More

Does not value repeat customers Had a great initial car buying experience; however, when I decided to trade it in a few months later to get something bigger they offered me nearly 6 Had a great initial car buying experience; however, when I decided to trade it in a few months later to get something bigger they offered me nearly 6 grand less than I paid 5 months previously. Their excuses ranged from Subaru's aren't winter cars so they are hard to sell at the end of summer to that is normal depreciation. When I questioned how it could be worth so much less in such a short period (I remained polite) they stopped answering my emails. Good dealership for an initial sale but terrible when it comes to repeat business, I would never buy from these guys again. Very disappointing situation as originally I left thinking they were good to deal with. More

I recently stopped by Rally Subaru I have owned a Subaru since 2012 and have always been loyal to the dealer I originally bought my first Subaru from. I recently stopped by Rally Subaru (where I bought my most recent Subaru) and got outstanding service. Jenelle in parts is so great! She is knowledgeable and engaging. She has provided me with pricing that beats my long time other dealer. I have been dealing with my ebrake light intermittently illuminating under certain conditions for almost a year. I had spoken with multiple staff in multiple departments at my old Subaru regarding the issue, and not one person could give me an idea what the issue could be or which component may need to be looked at. When I spoke with the service advisor at rally Subaru Michelle, she immediately suggested adding brake fluid (which actually does not appear to be low). I have had multiple second opinions on this and she, within minutes, was able to provide insight (if I would have paid an hour or 1.5 on diag just for the fluid I would not have been impressed). The service advisor was also able to put my mind at ease regarding warranty as I appear to have an oil consumption issue as well, the advisor immediately looked at service history and pin pointed the likely part that needs to be replaced, and sent me to the wonderful Jenelle in parts. I did not feel like I was pressured or being sold products/services I did not need. I felt like I was a priority and that my business was valued, and that my concerns were not "stupid". I am a very loyal customer, however my old Subaru dealer has now lost my business and Rally Subaru will be my dealer of choice going forward. Highly recommend the service/parts team. I cannot comment on sales as my purchase was a dealer to dealer purchase and not a retail purchase. More
